The company kept me informed throughout the entire process. I tracked my new area rugs as they made it across the country from New Jersey to California. I am now looking into new upholstery fabric to recover my furniture to match the new area rugs.

Updated our switchplates

The items were packaged very well and exactly as pictured. Originally we ordered two of each and decided to return one set . We loved the set we installed but decided to go a different direction in the other room. Returns were easy.

Disappointing and confusing shipping experience

For the second time in the same month, I purchased a wallpaper at Perigold (a very expensive one for that matter), and the shipping situation has been terribly discouraging and confusing. It initially showed an ARRIVAL date of March 6 (I bought it on March 1), but there was no tracking number available. Then, 9 days later, not only there was no shipping nor tracking, but a message on the purchase read: "We’re sorry your item hasn’t shipped yet. If it's not moving by March 16, please contact us for help. Until then, thank you for your patience as we work to deliver it to you soon." Really? If "it's not moving"...? In other words, you are selling something that you do not know you can deliver. Why? If the product is not available for shipping, let the customer know, so they can CHOOSE if they want to buy it and wait or not. I spent hours deciding on this wallpaper, only to be held back an entire month on my project. (The other paper I chose had the very same shipping situation and I had to spend hours on the phone with customer service at Wayfair.) It's been really discouraging to buy at Wayfair/Perigold, as the standards are getting really lower.

I ordered 2 end tables

I ordered 2 end tables. One was damaged when it arrived and I requested a replacement. The good end table we put in place. Unfortunately my husband noticed a toxic chemical odor. Upon closer review there was a label saying the piece was treated with a chemical that could be a carcinogen. We were very concerned and asked to cancel the replacement and return the unsalted end table. Your customer support were terrific in working with us to return the end tables and receive a complete refund including shipping.
We were disappointed the end tables did not meet our expectations but your customer service was excellent!

A pair of Metal Bunnies for the Fireplace

We just got our house sign today

We just got our house sign today. We love it. It’s heavy and made really well. Love the gold and Black. Numbers are Big and beautiful. We ordered it on March 1 st and had it delivered on the eight. Very good customer service service
