Speedy Resolution

Help on refund

Wrongly bought a giftcard that not able to use in online shop. Discuss with Perkbox to get the refund.
Although the term stated no refund, Bernadette helps me to discuss with retailer to get back the refund. Very helpful! Appreciation!

Perkbox make their service very hard to cancel

Perkbox make their service very hard to cancel and their terms are very misleading and probably unfair as they are so much in their favour.
We ended up having to pay for three months we did not want even though they were making a significant change to the terms.
We were assured this would be cancelled at the start of June and then they demanded another small additional payment they had not mentioned previously.
Very poor

After investigating your issue further, I see that you spoke with a member of our Business Customer Support team after receiving three notifications of changes to your policy over a three-month period.

All terms and conditions regarding your notice period were available to you in your signed contract. Unfortunately, because we did not receive adequate notice, you were held to your contractual agreement and required to serve the remainder of your 30-day notice period in line with your billing date.

Consistently Top tier customer service

Whenever I need help from Perkbox, which is rare because things are so easy to do on the platform - the agents are always so polite and helpful. They resolve issues quickly and explain what's happened to support my understanding which helps me know they value feedback and are constantly looking to improve. My latest agent Olivia was lovely and super helpful. 🙏🏽

Really great customer service from Sophie

Being a little unfamiliar with Perkbox, and all that it has to offer, I engaged via web chat, and I had several exchange of messages with Sofie who could not do enough to help me understand how to get the most out of my Flexi Points and Perkbox generally.

Olivia's customer service is exceptional!!!

Olivia's customer service is the best I have ever received from anyone. She understood my issue and went above and beyond in helping me get the right resolution from the supplier.
Her prompt response and continuous update on the issue helped me build trust with her and I felt I was being looked after by the best person.

I request Perkbox to reward Olivia for her exceptional customer service skills, she is definitely a great asset to the company.

Perkbox Support Team Cures Caffeine Withdrawal

I contacted Perkbox Support to query a missing Perk for a coffee drink that is very popular with our office staff. I used the Perkbox chat feature and after answering a few automated question I was given the option to be contacted by chat or a web call./ I chose the web call and was contacted promptly by Alex B. who answered my questions, provided information, and was successful in getting the Coffee Drink Perks back online within minutes. Furthermore, I am very happy to report the entire office is very grateful for the slick, professional, and prompt response, and results. I would highly recommend Perkbox Support and their Customer Experience Functionality. Alex Bently in particular, who managed my query, was very helpful! Thank you, Alex.
