Sucralose Cop Out & Saccharin Reply

The following is the bulk of an email sent directly to the company to which I received a fairly corporate reply mostly saying that they were sorry I was unsatisfied and if I'd like to return the product then, great. But nothing about "we'll pass your feedback along" or "thanks for the comments and the valuable time you took to write them." No, they played it safe which is a lean in the lesser trustworthy category for me around a company with slick-looking health products. They certainly weren't asked by me to address any controversy about them but to not really acknowledge it? Tsk tsk health food company. So here's that letter and make of it what you want but for now, definitely consider looking for alternatives to them and always, always, read the ingredients. First and foremost, the Perk Energy - Turbo - series, great packaging, and flavors, it mixes incredibly well for a powdered drink and the energy derived from 1 scoop is very clean without the jitters albeit recommend some food and a lot of water to follow it through the day but otherwise good report on those factors. Now to the meat of my feedback which can be summed up best in this phrase -- LOSE THE SUCRALOSE! Every test shows this as the lesser evil cousin of aspartame and honestly, when I received the product in the mail I thought, "Ok is this product too good to be true for the price point that it is?" And sure enough, there was the cheat word in the ingredients - SUCRALOSE. For anyone who is halfway serious about their health, and frankly speaking, you all should know better by way of your own zingy health-conscious promotions, that Sucralose is just bad, bad, and BAD. The body doesn't know what to do with it, it gets stored in funny places like the brain and diabetics are fools if they think taking it under whatever brand name is doing anything but acerbating their diabetes.

Now, my advice to you is that you opt in for a true Stevia but do your homework because there are fake ones out there or ones using other processed co-sweeteners, but it would make all the difference in the integrity of the product, you'd probably field WAY more intelligent consumers like myself and would have a win-win across the board. Until then, I'm out but I wish you well as it soooo close to perfect you can almost literally taste it.
