Did not arrive, no response to emails and no refund.

Ordered something and received an email to say my order had been processed on 30th October. Messaged them on 1st November to enquire when it might arrive. Received an email 3rd November to say it had been dispatched on the 30th October. Messaged a couple more times, the last time being this morning on 7th November asking for a refund as it still hasn't arrived and I need it for work purposes. Have not received a single reply since 3rd November nor a refund.
