Phone calls and emails were always answered promptly, any and all information requested was provided, and interim visits to the house were arranged as and when required. Jade was great in prompting our solicitors towards reaching completion, and has been more than helpful in sorting out any issues before and after. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. The initial consultation with Harriet was so professional. Our house isn't easily comparable with others, but the valuation work was really well researched. She was really honest about the positives and negatives of living where we do and helped us have a realistic view on timescales. The marketing and pricing strategy worked out really well and we got 99% of the price we jointly agreed was our target.
The chain was long and, sadly, broke down, but quickly reformed. Again, Harriet gave us great advice but always gave us the decision making power.
Michele, who handles the post - offer process, was brilliant too. Fortnightly updates as a minimum and realism about how long it would take. She was definitely motivating people along the chain to make it all happen.
I would definitely use them again.

Perry Bishop have been insightful, helpful and professional throughout our house sale. In a difficult market, when we're not located nearby to oversee the sale, it's been hugely beneficial to have the trustworthy, reliable and detail-orientated team at Perry Bishop looking after the sale and following up at every stage. We valued their advice and commitment, and also the fact that they are humans with a sense of humour, personality, and a realistic, fact-based outlook. If we were selling again in Oxfordshire, we would definitely go with Perry Bishop again.
