It’s great
It’s great, but what would be even better is if the siren would sound every once in a while while still activated for those who show up after the initial alarm and don’t know to look for the blinking light. Happens all too often.

Nice product
Good communication through the whole process. Had an issue with one station. They were quick to diagnose the problem and send replacement parts.

Training
FIrst of all the training in this was limited to upper staff and not the actual users. This is my company's fault and not yours, but you need to stress training to all users,
We have had events were the siren did not go off an we heard thunder, One of our campus alerts went off but not the other.

A phenomenal product/ service
A phenomenal product/ service. I can't thank them enough for being right on time when weather is something we think about. The alerting to my phone, the siren on our school... Everything about Perry weather gives me knowledge and the tools to safely do my job... Sports Medicine staff without Perry weather is an unfortunate situation. I am very thankful that we partner with them!
