SENDING JUNK WITHOUT STOPPING , REFUSING TO STOP.

This company claims to help you with marketing/conversions, but all they've done for me is solidify my decision to never use them.

My inbox has been relentlessly spammed for the past month by this company with poorly written emails attempting to sell their services. There is no way to unsubscribe unless you "email them back", which I'm sure will only lead to more spam, as they'll know the email address is active.

Continuously sending you spam emails every day, asking if you are interested. That's what they do.
If I were only to evaluate the marketing skills of this company towards me, it would be extremely amateurish and repulsive.
We have been in the business world for 20 years, and my experience and intuition have led me to refuse to cooperate with such inferior ones in the first place.
It's a complete waste of my time!

I was certainly satisfied with my PersistIQ experience; blown away by the customer contact provided by Yareli Rodriguez and the PersistIQ team. I always felt 'in touch' with my campaign, and I appreciated the heads-up on positive responses and the proactive listing of action steps for following weeks.

I've been around the marketing world a time or two, and PersistIQ has the only genuinely new concept or idea I've seen in many years. If you don't give PersistIQ 30 minutes to tell you what they can do to help market your product or service, you'll miss an opportunity to take a look at something truly unique.

We signed a 6 month contract. They sent out thousands of unsolicited emails but it didn't generate any business. I fear it may have hurt our business by getting our email black-listed.

The team we have at Persist IQ are great! Santiago and Melissa are very quick to respond, have strong attention to detail, and provide a great added value to our prospecting process.

Your company is always willing to hop on a call and help as needed. They're awesome at setting up meetings and fielding positive replies to myself. They are very helpful and always kind.

My best feedback is David's ability to receive feedback and apply it. We had a rocky start where it felt the ball had been dropped a couple of times. This was our company's first time using a service like this and reflection teaches me that we could have communicated specific needs ahead of time. When we did communicate these needs, David was proactive about responding to our needs and making the necessary changes on his end to facilitate them. He partnered with us to make sure that the campaign was successful through calls, emails, oversight, and energy. On top of that, he always had a positive attitude when we spoke and the mindset that there was always a solution. He has been a pleasure to work with.

The allocated team (Taej and Mary) were really helpful, but we didn’t reach the target that was promised by the sales representative (Bob). As a result, it didn’t contribute enough to our business growth to convince us to extend the contract. If you're considering email marketing, it’s worth a try, but don’t set high expectations.

I have been receiving relentless SPAM from this company for the past several weeks. STOP already. To the company: if someone doesn't reply to your SPAM, what do you think that means? Do you really need to keep sending more SPAM asking if I am interested?

Another Wishpond-related company sending out emails to see who will bite. I have received 3 emails from various iterations of this company, including PersistIQ, and asked to be removed each time.

To be honest I am only putting 5 stars for the CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM... THE SOFTWARE IS THE WORST!!
It's a waste of time, and I found it to be a scam! It really doesn't work and I spent about 100 k ( Pesos )
The only positive about this is the amazing service they provide when it comes to one-on-ones; the customer service I got from Juan and Mireya are amazing!
They both rocked this bad experience.

This company is a scam. They took my money and ran. Poorly run, and the functionality offered was not up to par with the amount of money I paid them.

I did not even know about this website and never registered with them but received multiple SPAM messages from them, they simply scan all Internet websites for email addresses and send mass mails to attract new customers. A legitimate business would not promote their services like this.

If I could give this company a zero, I would have. They are not professional, no leads that have anything to do with our industry, bad emails and zero results. Avoid them like the plague. The violated their own contract, took nearly 2 months to come up with leads (bad ones) and emails that a 3rd grader could have written better. We wasted both time and money. Beware!
