How customer service should be done

I ordered personalised wild flower seed packets for a funeral. They delivered them in plenty of time and even emailed me to reassure me I would get them in time and then again when they were shipping them. Excellent comms and so kind of them to be so helpful. Packets of seed are also wonderful and were well packaged. Would 100% order from them again.
