Nothing received since 14-DEC

14-DEC you see an ad on social media, get enthusiastic and would like to purchase a hoodie (as x-mas gift for your partner and for yourself)
15-DEC you check the rating on Trustpilot and are glad it is a positive one, indicating the company you're going to order from is legit
15-DEC you place an order, thankful for the fact that delivery can take place within 3-5 working days (so well in time for x-mas, as it is an x-mas gift)
21-DEC the courier aims to deliver the goods (no notification in advance), but you're not at home... no notification afterwards about their failed attempt to deliver
