Easy, convenient and well conceived.
It was so easy to set up and Liam was very helpful and pleasant. We have had no fall incidents since we purchased the Sure Safe monitors however the family is much happier knowing that we will be informed immediately if one of our elderly parents falls or needs help otherwise. It's also very convenient that the device works inside and outside of the home and that when an alert goes out we also receive a text message with a map and coordinates showing exactly where they are. On the other hand the online account is pretty minimal. It would be nice if we were able to make changes to the account online such as changing the names or telephone numbers for the people who receive the alerts, instead of having to do it through text messages.

The experience setting up the alarm exceed my expectation. I was so intimidated after reading the guidebook that I delayed for 10 months in registering. Todd was great and talked me through the steps. My wife is so relieved and happy in having the alert devise on the lanyard!
Now, I still need to get the texts coming through from a different phone carrier.

Very personal service
Very personal service after ordering. I was a bit put off by having to call to set up but it turned out great. A human being answered the phone and walked me through every step. Then the rep called back a few days later just to make sure everything was working. Really great support. It is so nice to find a device that does not call 911 or force all calls through a call center before notifying family. We switched from a different provider that required full monitoring and we are much happier with this.

Excellent service so far
Excellent service so far. Pendant arrived the next day. Easy to set up and my 86 year old mum finds it easy to use - basically 2 buttons - one to tell the time and remaining battery life and the second to call for help. Very neat device and despite being reluctant to use a personal alarm, is finding it unobtrusive.

I was ringing on behalf of my husband who is struggling at the moment with his balance and dizziness. I worry about when i am not around and if he has a fall or a seizure. The gentleman I spoke to was very kind and calm and told me everything i needed to know. He really did put my mind at rest. The watch arrived in great time and was easy to set up using the instructions. I have recommended SureSafe Alarms to others who struggle with life a little and their loved ones need reassurance that if they have a fall or need to be alerted quickly, that the watch will do its job.
