Jordan Danns explained no win no fee and would only charge 15% due to injuries of my son as usually 25%. Very friendly and professional.

Quick and simple question and 25% no win no fee claims which many solicitors dont do. Called in due to a car accident and the lady on the phone was very attentive and understanding.

My claim took almost 2years to be resolved and, despite changes in JFL staffing, I was supported well throughout. Everything was explained and I didn't have to do much as whole documentation was filled by advisors and only sent to me for confirmation and signature.
