A new christmas tradition
I bought this as a gift. There was a little hiccup where items got lost in transit, but this was quickly sorted by Personalised Crafts by email.
The Christmas countdown has been in use through the month of December and have been assured this item will be a additional tradition every year on the 1st of December

Excellent service, ordered 2 Christmas countdowns, unfortunately a gingerbread man was missing out of one.
This was quickly sent through to me.

Shocking. Don't bother
Order placed on 8th December, still not dispatched on 20th December despite emailing, just receiving automatic response. Not holding out any hope for Christmas delivery, and a refund seems unlikely due to lack of response.

Excellent products unfortunately let down by service. Slow delivery and one item missed from the order. No telephone contact number for company so I messaged via Instagram and then via Facebook twice as I didnt receive a reply. Item was eventually posted and received today.
Date of order 22/11 Initial items received 2/12 and missing order completed 11/12.
As stated, the products are well made and I would order again but I would allow more delivery time than stated on their site.

Ordered Christmas count down - poor quality, even worse custom service
Ordered Christmas count down. When my daughter started using it Santa’s legs fell off. Really poor quality. Only
Lasted a few days. On contacting the company suggested that I dropped the item and offered my to purchase another!! Shocking customer service and poor quality item!!

Gorgeous products, excellent customer service!
I would absolutely recommend Personalised Crafts! The order arrived really quickly and was a gift for my friend's son who was so happy with it. Really lovely products and great service.
