Poor quality products

Poor quality products - bought a personalised item from this company 6 months ago and the personalisation has peeled off! Bearing in mind, these gifts are supposed to be keepsakes, how can it be a keepsake if the personalised lettering comes off after a few months! The item hasn't even been used, such bad quality, do not order from them! I tried speaking with customer services and they were extremely unhelpful and didn't even try to resolve the issue.
