personilizationmall.com is a website where you can get personalized gifts. Blankets, coffee mugs, dolls with dresses with names on them and so on. I’ve been a customer for about seven years and have bought many many baby items, Easter, baskets, coffee mugs, and other things. Today the website wasn’t working for me so I called Customer Service and it took them 80 minutes to put my order through. They kept giving me the amount without the 20% coupon that I had in my email. I talked to two different people and neither knew what they were doing. After the entire process of going back-and-forth, they finally got the order with the 20% off to go through. I asked them for free shipping for my inconvenience and she asked the manager and he flat out said no. Too small items that came to $65 were $14 to ship. First of all, I thought that was a lot second of all I thought they should’ve given it to me for free again for my inconvenience. Well, they just lost me as a customer. I’ll never shop there again. This order already went through, so be it, but that’ll be the last. If I could’ve given them zero stars instead of a one star I would have but they don’t give you that option. Too many gift websites online that you can go to and not have those problems so I’ll be looking for a new one to do my shopping. Save yourself the time and aggravation and just pass them by.
