Great care taken over the eye test.

Couldn't have been more helpful and patient whilst I took an age to pick a frame I liked.

Excellent customer service throughout the process from making an appointment to fitting my glasses. Highly professional staff who showed a genuine interest in my eye health and lifestyle to ensure I got the right lenses and frames. Also excellent aftercare service. I felt in good hands from start to finish. Would recommend highly.

Since my first visit in 2020, Dan and the team at Perspective Opticians still manage to exceed my expectations. The eye test is thorough and very informative, and the team’s friendly support in explaining options to help me to choose the right lenses and frames for my needs is always particularly helpful. Shout out to John for speeding up my recent order. Much appreciated.

From walking through the door to walking out 10/10

Our family have been customers of Perspective for many years and have always found the service to be exceptional. In particular whenever we have had any sort of problem with our eyes, they have gone out of their way to see us a soon as possible meaning that any concerns have been addressed and any worry alleviated. This has most recently been demonstrated when our daughter, who is due to get married in a week, got something in her eye which became irritated and inflamed. 111 directed her to an emergency optician who refused to help. Perspective were fully booked but Dan gave up his lunch break, diagnosed and sorted out the issue and saved the day.

Having been with this opticians for many years I was recently very disappointed to hear that they would not make an appointment for my 5 year old granddaughter on a Saturday before 4.30 saying their policy is no children before this time, this was after pointing out that she had previously been seen on a Saturday in the morning but this presumably was because they knew we were going to spend £200 on new glasses. The two members of staff that we spoke to were very unhelpful and inconsiderate and I asked them to pass my complaint to Dan who is the owner of the business for his comments. Should we note get a response we as a family will not be returning having spent a considerable amount with them over a number of years. David (Solihull )
