I tried everything that Home Depot had and…nothing worked!

I tried everything that Home Depot and Lowe's had. I decided to call in the professionals and happened across an ad for Pestie, and decided to give it one last try? The pro's for one treatment wanted more than I spent on y'alls 3 month treatment and was going to have to move the furniture around and clear out of the house for several hours, plus they were using toxic chemicals! I made the right decision. I'm a lifetime customer. It works Great! Didn't even have to leave my house!

This product did not work well for me

This product did not work well for me. Initially, it was leaky and didn’t really spray properly. I did exactly what they told me to do as far as application goes with a barrier around the home covering just as instructed. I even used all of the product even though my house is pretty small. Within the first month, I saw an increase in ants and some spiders as they told me I probably would. The problem is is that the ants and spiders persisted over the last two months. I went on a trip to Hawaii when I got back. My house is literally infested with ants. They were all over my bathrooms and countertops. This product simply does not work. I called them And told them about my situation and they canceled my additional prepaid shipments however they would not refund me on the shipment they sent me. They did nothing. I would not advise this company to anybody. The product does not seem to work. I decided to go with a professional pest control company to make sure that it gets done properly.

If we’re unable to help with your pest problem after chatting with an agent and trying alternate solutions provided by Pestie, we will offer refunds in most cases. This usually means that after sending out a free retreatment, if the problem still persists, our team is authorized to issue a full refund.

In your case, we did process a refund for the three remaining prepaid treatments on your account as you did not want to take us up on the free re treatments and customized treatment tips from our licensed pest experts. We understand this doesn’t change the results you experienced, but we hope it shows that we tried to make things right within our policy.

Love Pestie

Love Pestie, have not had an issue with Pests since I started using Pestie over a year ago. love the convenience of being able to spray at a time that works best for me - so that I can keep my pets inside while I spray and it is an easy process and you cannot beat the price.

I ordered pestie

I ordered pestie. I sprayed around my house. It needed a recharge. So I use Android it did not charge. I emailed them they would send me a new packet that said they would send me a new set with a new charger. They only sent me a cord. I was very specific. I needed a charger not a cord. They then emailed me ooh sorry we only send a cord. THESE PEOPLE DONT COMPRAHEND BEYWEEN A CORD AND.A CHARGER. This does not work with an android charger unless they want to send me an iPhone charger I need a refund. They should yell people the cord only works with probably aa apple phone maybe. I just ordered something that was useless. Don't order unless you have an I phone charger. They also don't k ow the difference between a cord. And a charger. I was very very specific about it. Maybe they don't understand English. I paid alot of money wasted now

The USB-C cable can be used with any standard USB charging block or outlet, and most other USB cords should also be compatible.

Very Happy with the Results

I received my first Pestie delivery a few months ago while we were building our small home. I waited a while to spray since the building was not ready.
I found the instructions for mixing the pesticide very easy to follow. The rechargeable sprayer is easy to use and I enjoyed spraying the outside perimeter of the home as instructed and also the inside window casings.
We just started moving in this past week and since the time of spraying, we have not seen any crawling bugs and the many flies that we have around our property have been very easy to swat because they are already half dead due to our spraying.
I look forward to continuing with our subscription.
Thank you for a great, reasonably priced system for pest control.

A Frustrating Trap: My Pestie Subscription Nightmare

I signed up for Pestie’s subscription expecting a hassle-free, effective pest control solution. Instead, I’ve found myself locked into a recurring service I can’t escape—there's no clear cancellation option on their website or account portal. That alone feels deceptive, like being tied down with no release clause.

Worse yet, the customer support is an absolute joke. I’ve called dozens of times—10, 100, even more—and nobody ever picks up. Emails and texts go entirely ignored. It’s as if my cancellation requests vanish into a void. There’s simply no way to cancel, despite repeated attempts.

I’m sorry for the frustration you had while trying to cancel. We do our best to make the process simple, with options to reach us by phone, chat, text, or email. Most of the time, we’re able to respond the same business day.

In this case, your first chat came through before our office opened at 7:51 a.m. MT, and we were able to fully process your cancellation by 10:40 a.m. that same morning, within three hours of your initial request. I also see there were 4 phone attempts and voicemails, but since the cancellation was already completed through chat, we didn’t want to add confusion by repeating steps.

While we know waiting isn’t ideal, we’re glad we could resolve your request the same day, and we’re always working to improve our speed and service.

Buy Same Formula on Amazon for $10!

After paying and spraying for a full year, I just discovered that the product Pestie is using is available on Amazon for $10 (Temprid fx). It appears to be the EXACT SAME FORMULA, simply repackaged under Pestie's logo. Better yet, for $10 Temprid is provided in two bottles (equivalent of enough for 4500 SF per Pestie). My home is half that size, so now for a mere $10 I have TWO APPLICATIONS. What a scam. Pestie must be making a fortune! Only real costs are the initial sprayer and period shipping charges. Save your money and buy Temprid fx and a sprayer (or use your Pestie sprayer)!

Highly recommend

It was easy to determine what product we needed. Application was not difficult. We moved into our new house in May and noticed an increase in spider activity in June. I applied the product and within a couple of days, no spider activity at all. We are almost two months out from that treatment and still no spiders or insects of any kind. I highly recommend this product.

Great experience

My neighbors are complaining about…

My neighbors are complaining about carpenter ants and tiny ants in there houses, here on the lake. I just made my third application of my Pestie product and do not have a problem. Great job on the formula!

Our experience with Pesti has been perfect

Our experience with Pesti has been amazing. There’s not much to be constructive about. I have made a customer service call and had them add certain stuff to my product and it worked amazing since we’ve been using them. We’ve had no bugs inside our house. I noticed dead bugs around my house and the ones that are out of the house are that I’ve asked for special request to have more product put in my mix. I will continue to use your guy’s product. I appreciate the great customer service and I appreciate the on time of my product being delivered. I have no complaints so far as for now, I don’t have any criticism or any constructive criticism but when I do, I’ll let you know thank you for your service

Pestie is an ineffective and dishonest…

Pestie is an ineffective and dishonest company. I canceled my subscription months ago and was led to believe everything was taken care of—only to later be charged again without authorization. They then had the audacity to ask me to return a product I never wanted or agreed to receive. Their cancellation process is intentionally misleading, and their customer service is unhelpful. Stay away from this company.

Product isn't the best. Same for Customer Service.

We never really saw any benefits when using the Pestie pest spray. We had the quarterly plan, and it never really stopped any bugs. We switched to ABC pest control and it was literally $5 cheaper to have a professional come out every quarter to spray.

We tried to get a refund on a last shipment the day it shipped out. Nope. They said we need to send it back on our own dime to get a refund. Not horrible, but definitely not the best. Especially since it's a completely online business. Wouldn't recommend.

Effective and Affordable

I've been using Pestie for about 3 years now. I love them. I've been able to keep roaches away in my LA apt. My landlord does no pest control and when i asked them to send someone, they sent a company that absolutely sucked and didn't help at all. Pestie has helped a TON, plus the customer service is great and easy to access, and friendly (which seems to be hard to find nowadays). They also upgraded their sprayer to one that's automatic and WAY better, and they sent it automatically. My last sprayer battery was dying and I forgot to message them about it but they already took care of it! Big fan
