The insecticide is great HOWEVER
The insecticide is great; however, I've never dealt with a company that offers a subscription service that a) doesn't alert you to the upcoming renewal of service; b) doesn't allow you to pause, skip or cancel online; and c) although they have promised to address these issues, they have not. I have brought these concerns to customer service reps for the last three years and the only response I receive is, "I'll pass your complaint up the line" with literally no resolution ever. It's a shame as the business model is a good one but one would think that after three years, these issues would have been resolved. Do yourself a favor, purchase your insecticide from a local hardware store and avoid this company at all costs, especially your sense of peace and fair play.

Ineffective. Cancel process a nightmare!
I tried Pestie for one year (4 shipments). Spraying had absolutely no effect on spiders. Had cobwebs galore - even inside my cupboards.
I recently moved to another state and requested my subscription be cancelled prior to the 1st shipment of my second year. I received my cancellation confirmation BEFORE the item was shipped. Yet, per email communication with Pestie support 4 days later, the cancellation was not reflected on my account because the cancellation was done via the customer portal. In the meantime, Pestie went ahead and shipped the item. Now they are saying they will only give me a pro-rated refund. I have to return the shipment in order to receive the full refund. How can I return the shipment when I no longer live at the same address, much less in the same state??
If you end up wanting to cancel your subscription, be prepared for a headache. It is not a simple process. There seems to be a disconnect between what is done on the customer portal and how it actually reflects on your account.
I am currently disputing the annual subscription charge through my credit card company.

Complete lack of customer service
Had a subscription last year and this year. This year after first treatment 10 days later starting finding live ants in different parts of the home. Only customer service is via email or Facebook messenger. Sent an email Saturday and still not response after their business hours Tuesday. Tried messenger Monday afternoon. After 2 hours Pestie responded to the issue with additional questions. I responded quickly Monday at 5:20pm, but they did not respond as of midnight Tuesday. I even sent an additional message asking for an update Tuesday at 1:00. COMPLETE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I have written a few times before and you have not answered my questions or helped. I need either 1. More product or a better blend for our home.
I have been using Pestie for over a year and I am still seeing constant bugs which tells me your product isn’t working.
Please either send more product (once per month) for us to use or a better product for us.

Good service but I won't buy again
Good customer service but I won't buy again. The sprayer is just too fast. The instructions say a little goes a long way but I couldn't put down a little if my life depended it on. Literally running while spraying and still ran out before finishing the exterior of my house. They kindly sent another for free which I appreciate but it was barely enough to finish the outside and spray the external-facing walls inside. I WISH I could spray less, especially inside, but the high flow rate makes that impossible. The sprayer also drips when turned off unless you point it directly upright. This make spraying inside harder without dripping everywhere.

For some reason Pestie has not been responding to their emails, phone calls or chat for about a week now. I don't know if they have closed their doors or what. I do know they are still taking your money for subscriptions. I have been trying to reach them for the past week to refund my account for subscription I canceled. No response.

Customer service is terrible. Could not reach them by any mode, call, email or chat. With out notification charges were made to credit card.

Have an issue with pestie. Left a chat message, a voice mail and sent email. No one will contact me. Every time I call I'm told to leave a message and will be called back in order of my call. Can't actually reach a customer support person.

Good company until you want customer service. They say cancelling is easy but it's anything but. I've tried calling numerous times to cancel any further shipments. And can never reach a customer service rep. I've left messages for a call back, never received one. I've tried messaging on messenger. No response. I wouldn't recommend any company who doesn't care about their customers.

I would not recommend this company unless you have lots of time on your hands. It takes hours and hours for them to return a call and well over a week to receive the product. In 2024 when you can get anything in a couple days, I’ve been waiting 7 days and my order is sitting in Colorado but I’m in Texas. They try to blame USPS but they use DHL as a go between instead of shipping directly with USPS. I doubt I’ll have it this week.
SCAM, Dont buy it
We have purchased our kit over 2 months ago, they never delivered, we tried to contact them multiple times via email, via phone, it looks like either they dont have a support or they are trying to hide from their clients.
Definitely don't recommend the company, we still haven't received our order, and looks like there's no one available in that company that can help me.

Friendly and helpful staff
Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable priced pest control and easy to use. Took a little longer than I expected to receive my first shipment, but application was easy to use and seemed to work fine. I had some reoccurring ant issues, but Pestie sent me replacement dose and ant control treatment and worked great. I was having issues contacting them by email but found out that my email was blocked by internal system, but after that was resolved they responded quickly. I would recommend Pestie over traditional expensive pest control.

We had a lot of spiders in our new construction
This past Spring (2023) we had a lot of spiders and other crawling insects in our new construction home in the Dallas area, but I didn't want to spray inside. At a previous home I had had success with barrier spray systems administered by very expensive professional pest control companies so I thought I'd try to DIY approach with Pestie. Within two weeks of administering our first round of Pestie our spider problem stopped and we haven't seen spiders or bugs inside since. I just adminsitered our first reapplication and it took all of 20 minutes to mix, spray and clean up. I'm very pleased with the product, the service and the communication from Pestie and would highly recommend it.
Product doesn't work all that well. Watch your billing closely.
The products don't seem to work all that well. I had to send them proof of the issues I continued to have. If ants or spiders are a concern... the treatments offered may not work for you. Also billing became an issue. I submitted an online inquiry about a large charge that had come up and no one responded. I give Pestie 2 stars because the concept/idea of it is good and in the instance that I told them that my bug issues persisted, they did send out an additional product to try to help. It didn't work, but it at least they made an effort to help that time around. I may revisit this review if anything changes.
