Very pleased with the outcome. Jed dealt with our problem calmly & professionally & a lovely guy. He explained everything in detail & we felt fully supported at all times. Tom cleaned out our loft & applied bactericide & replaced the insulation, he was very quick & efficient & also a nice guy. And left everything spotless. We would definitely call them in again if needed.

Pest UK was excellent from start to finish. Despite an initial mix-up with the appointment scheduling, Bob did his best to get Ollie here who handled everything calmly and professionally. He dealt with a difficult situation — safely and humanely dispatching a live mouse that had been caught in a trap — with real care and composure, which was very reassuring.
He then took the time to thoroughly inspect the entire property, identifying potential entry points and explaining things clearly along the way. He also laid preventative pellets to help stop any further mice from getting in.
Overall, Ollie was knowledgeable, methodical, and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Pest Uk services.

They believe cleaning up is the customers job
Pest control visit seemed to go okay, as far as I could tell.
The bizarre thing was that the pest control expert refused to clear up the rodent droppings, depsite two visits, two weeks apart.
I am not sure why they belive that the customer would like to keep these (a souvenir of the "visitors"?!). Then when I questioned this, they tried to charge £100 + vat to clean up. We could get a whole flat cleaned for that price!
Not cheap in the first place, and then taking the mickey trying to charge for a stadard part of the job, as far as I am concerned. Is there any other contractor who doesn't leave the site clean?
