iDLOGIC supply pet microchips to trained microchip implanters including animal breeders and veterinarians. Our microchips include free DEFRA approved database registration. We offer next day delivery to most of the UK. iDLOGIC pet microchips are manufactured to EU standards, with biocompatible glass which is coated in an anti-migration treatment that will help prevent movement of the microchip once it's been implanted in the animal. Our 8mm pet microchips and 10mm pet microchips are incredibly small but still offer an excellent read range when scanned. This makes microchip implanting a much easier and more comfortable procedure for both the implanter and especially smaller animals.

Having to buy the chips then the…
Having to buy the chips then the breeder have to pay to register then the buyer has to pay to register it’s a scam. I can’t wait until my original supplier is back in stock.
It’s a shame because the actual chips are really nice to work with much better than peddymark

We are happy that you found the products we supply are good to work with, that is a part we have direct control over so are pleased you found this part of the process satisfactory.
Its disappointing we only warranted a 2 star review on this occasion in regards to your registration experience with Animal Tracker, we will pass this on to them to review.
The registration process continues to be free for the Implanter account and to register the implanted microchips to the breeder, and breeders can set up free Breeder accounts, so no cost to them, a cost is then incurred for the new keeper of the animal when they take ownership and set up their own Animal Tracker account just like with all other databases, the charges are clearly stated on Animal Tracker and iDLOGIC depending on which account the new keeper chooses.

Hi there Alexandra,
We are so sorry that you felt that we only warranted a 1 star review on this occasion.
On looking at your details, I can see you ordered just after cut off on the 2nd October, your order was dispatched on the 3rd and as you used priority post that is a 1-2 day expected delivery window. We use Royal Mail to try and keep costs down for our customers.
When it hadn't arrived on day 2 of expected delivery, the 5th October you asked for a refund on your order, rather than a replacement which we would of been happy to have sent out on a Next Day service for you, sometimes things do go wrong and can get lost which is frustratingly out of our control, but it was unfortunately too late for your needs by that point.
I can see you have received several emails detailing the refund process for your late order and now it is coming up to 7 days since dispatch we class that as missing and that will be auto refunded either today or tomorrow for you following our lost order process with a requested refund.
I am so sorry our ordering system hasn't lived up to the expected standard on this occasion, it is understandably frustrating when things don't go to plan.
Please be assured your order will be refunded for you, we aren't ignoring any of your emails and I can see we are keeping you informed of the process along the way and you will receive an email once the refund has been actioned.

I have looked at your order and the 1-2 days delivery speed you chose was achieved, ordered on the 6th, which was a sunday, dispatched on the 7th and delivered on the 9th.
In regards to your microchips, once the safety collar is removed they are sensitive to ease with the implantation, the cap that protects the syringe does have a little protrusion that in the unlikely event the collar comes off prematurely, the microchip can't be expelled until removed.
We are more than happy to replace or refund any products that haven't lived up to expectation so please can you email us on support@idlogic.co.uk detailing the microchip numbers you haven't been able to use and if you would prefer these to be replaced or refunded.
Please don't hesitate to get in contact with us about any issues you may encounter, we can't help to resolve them if we don't know and we want our customers to be happy with the products and service received!
