The customer service is what makes this business..AMAZING! I had trouble exchanging my order for a different size and was quite stressed about having a dress in time for a wedding. The lovely lady at the Petal and Pup team was so genuine and went above and beyond my expectations to help me make it happen and on the same day I had emailed. Beautifully designed and easy to use website and same day delivery service was an absolute life saver. Such a great experience and can’t wait to shop here again soon xx

I want to express how pleased I am with my first experience buying from Petal and Pup.

I ordered a dress last minute and got it expressed shipped; much to my surprise it arrived just over 24 hours after it was ordered. To say I am pleased is an understatement.

From the updates to arrival time and quality of the product, I will definitely be returning and recommending Petal and Pup to those who will also value their products and overall experience.

Seamless shopping experience and high quality with good fit! What i also loved is their website and how easy it is to find what you're looking for and filter things out. My order arrived fast, packaged well and with the useful info on their website, i was able to order true to size and that fit me well! I bought 6 dresses, but will order more for sure. Ps. The Franklin dress in Mocha is my new staple :D x

This store has so many beautiful pieces to choose from and it doesn’t discriminate with size or shape but the quality is fabulous and the service is next level. I received my order overnight and honestly was blown away! First time customer but I absolutely will be a returning customer.

I ordered a dress using a promo code. The promo code was apparently entered wrong on the companies end and essentially gave me the dress for free plus shipping. For some reason that I do not know, for some reason, my dress was in the delivery city and then shows forwarded and then says returning to sender. I emailed them, did not get any response until a second email three days later. I asked for a phone number to speak to them and they said they don’t have one. In this email, they said they provided me with a refund since the dress was returned. I told them I didn’t want a refund, please send the dress back. They said this wasn’t possible but I could place a new order. I asked if the sale price that I used would be offered and they said no. They even admitted that the promo code was an error that “leaked” and therefore wouldn’t be honored. I got a notification that the dress was delivered back to them and despite the fact that I could give the date and time it was delivered on the very same day, I was told that “returns can take weeks so we can not reship”….. but my dress was already at their facility as per the delivery notification. As this level of poor customer service is unbelievable to me, I asked to speak to a manager. She continued to say that they wouldn’t reshoot the dress and that they would not honor the sale price. I do not know ANY other company that would not honor a sale price. Whether it was a mistake or not. It was their mistake, they have to live with the consequences. But oh yay I was given a 15 percent off code. Absolutely no customer service. Let’s just say I do NOT recommend this company.

Awful company to deal with. I overnighted an outfit that came damaged. I reached out to have them overnight a new one because I needed it for an event. They said they can’t send another untiI I return the damaged one (which why do I have to do that when it was their fault it came damaged) so I put it in the mail and sent them the receipt.they then said they can’t overnight a new one. So I never got my outfit in time, paid for ever night shipping and had to deal with e-mail after email of no one resolving this for me. Save yourself and shop somewhere else.

I couldn’t say better things about the team at petal and pup! They were so responsive and accommodating when I got a refund for a recent order! Their dresses are so beautiful amazing quality I always get compliments when wearing them!

I ordered a dress nearly 2 weeks ago.. it’s ETA was 3 days… I’ve emailed petal and pup 2 times and no reply and there is no update on the tracking for well over a week… no care from petal and pup.. seems as though they stop caring as soon as they receive your money

Shipping was fast and efficient but I'm so disappointed with the sizing. I ordered an XL (im a size L - XL) and there is nothing remotely large about it. Really disappointing that there's no inclusivity in sizing.

I needed to return an item and purchase and receive a smaller size within a small time frame.
Natalie from customer service was great in assisting with the process particularly the return process as I would need to purchase the new item prior to returning the bigger item.
Natalie's responses were prompt and very clear and made the process a great experience and I will definitely shop at Petal & Pup again.

I have purchased a number of items from this store and have never been disappointed with what I have received. Their clothes are as per the picture on the website and always beautiful and high quality. Their website is user friendly and their customer service is amazing! I recently had an experience where I needed to exchange an item for a larger size but had an issue finding the email with the order number. Turned out it was totally my fault but the customer service team were lovely and friendly and very very helpful in assisting me to resolve the issue! this is one of my favourite shops. Big thumbs up. 👍

I've never had such a positive experience with an online retailer. Had a question about my return and Marshanna had all the right answers and everything resolved/process within hours of me first reaching out. Will definitely be shopping with P&P again!

I had ordered a dress, which unfortunately was too big. I was expecting the process to be painful and stretched out to return my dress.
I was pleasantly surprised that the return process was extremely simple and easy to use.
Within a few days, I had received my new dress.
On top of that, the customer service team (especially Elizabeth) was extremely quick to respond to my email and answered any questions I had.
Can not fault them one bit. <3

I Love my clothes of Petal&Pub, I’ve ordered there a few times and they’re absolutely stunning! Very special clothes 💗 And the customer service is outstanding! So fast, they respond within a few hours and such kind and lovely staff! Really cute in there one way and very helpful and accommodating! I had a chat with a wonderfully helpful assistant today, Ella! So smooth to a resolution and so caring. She didn’t pry as to a reason for my circumstance which was greatly appreciated in my case. So helpful, so lovely and so efficient.

I am very disappointed with the return policy. I ordered a few dresses, as dresses are difficult to fit, I ordered a couple of sizes. It seemed like the return policy was easy enough. Although I was charged $193 for shipping and duties which was not refundable. The cost of the dress I wanted was $108. I spent above and beyond what was expected. When ordered from other stores, this fee was refunded. NEVER AGAIN will I make that mistake. Sorry Petal and Pup you lost a customer.

I’d been looking for a particular skirt for ages and finally found it on Petal & Pup.
I received excellent customer devices from Natalie after I had to exchange the skirt to a different size, then received a faulty item in return. Natalie was able to sort out a solution so I could get the correct size and not be out of pocket.
Very excited to have the skirt and will be a return P&P customer for sure!
