I trust them for a same-day-delivery…
I trust them for a same-day-delivery online shop. But they simply called me around 4 pm and said it is not possible to send it today! It was very important for me to be sent that day, but they cancelled it so late that I did not have time to order from another shop. Do not trust them.
Very small bouquets
Very small bouquets, I've seen supermarket flowers that look better and rubbish service.
I have never seen such a dead bouquet…
I have never seen such a dead bouquet Delivery in my entire life! I have ordered from a number of companies but I will never order from petal again!
Thank you so much
Petals - Very poor service with the flower delivery nothing like what was ordered
Petals failed to deliver what was ordered. I was so very disappointed that I wanted to warn other potential customers not to trust the pictures on the Petals network website. In my case they did not deliver the keepsake hatbox that was suppose to be included with the flowers, nor did they deliver the specified colour of flowers. Both these elements were especially important for this delivery. Petals failed to communicate to me that the order as pictured could not be delivered. I only found out when the recipient sent me a photo of what she actually received. It was an unpleasant surprise to see the two key elements of the order were missing. When I complained, I received an apology, a discount on my next order and very small partial refund (to compensate me for the missing hatbox keepsake). After my experience with Petals, I would never use them again. Petals don't seem to understand the importance of communicating with customers if something with the order fulfilment goes wrong. I didn't expect such poor quality of service from Petals and highly recommend you reconsider another floral network who may deliver what you have ordered because in my experience Petals does not.
PETALS NETWORK fall-over trying to send my Gift Flowers ....... !
Requested PETALS to send my family a Gift of Flowers for "House Warming Celebration". The experience turned out to be a shocking example of a gift "Floral Display" gone badly wrong ! This rubbish consisted of only the following:
2 Lillies
3 Iris's
A single "lonely" unknown Green/Yellow flower, and
A bit of GREENERY from some garden shrub.
Petals charged me $42.92 for this "scraggy" apology of a FLORAL GIFT BOUQUET.
The Gift Card of who sent it etc. was NEVER sent either ! So recipients didn't even know who the Flowers were for, or who even sent them !
Will never use them again ! Urge extreme caution in using this mob.
They pick a local florist mate to "actually do the JOB" !!! Who don't give a damn for the PETALS customer !!!!
Left in the lurch. Petals is listed online as a Picton…
Petals is listed online as a Picton Florist with same day delivery in the area. I ordered some sympathy flowers to be delivered on the next day, a Saturday. An email 11.35am Saturday canceled my order as no longer deliver in this area. Too late to order anywhere else to deliver before funeral Monday. 3-5 days to refund my payment. Upset.
We send flowers to our top 60 clients…
We send flowers to our top 60 clients for their birthdays. Ordered flowers from Petals Network to be delivered the following day. The following day I received a text advising it is two days to deliver to where I wanted the flowers to go (why let me book them then?), but they could deliver them the following day. I decided one day late was going to have to do in this instant, so after issues trying to get hold of them on the phone sent an email to the email address on the order confirmation, confirming that I wanted them delivered the following day. No acknowledgment of that email. Two days later another email (no missed calls or messages) advising they couldn't get hold of me on the phone so the order was still on hold as they hadn't heard from me - "HELLO, I sent you an email two days ago". Have just sent another email, through a link they offered in their latest message to me? Will I get a response to this one, and most importantly will our customer get their very belated birthday flowers. Recommend paying a little more with a 'local' florist, and avoid any network type ones - I know I will be in future, and will probably have our business of at least 60 bouquets per year appreciated.
Poor Valentine's service
I ordered some roses for my wife for Valentine's Day. They looked OK, but were brown and wilted after 2 days in water. Also, the card was written out incorrectly - not a nice thing to happen to your Valentine. I emailed the company's quality control department 3 days ago and no reply. Try one of their competitors like Roses Only instead!
