Petcareclub.COM is legit - I have ordered from them, I have had no problem contacting customer service, I got my order in a reasonable time considering it was coming from overseas.

Ordered Pet Hair rollers over two months ago. Nothing received and no response to emails.
Scam company! Stay away!

I too have ordered the Pet rollers on 5/19/20 the tracking say in transit but has not had an up date on it since 5/31. I have emailed there support email over 4 times requesting an update with no reply This is a fake company and after reading the other reviews I guess I'm screwed out of my money.

I ordered a pet hair roller over 2 months ago whi h has not been recieved. I have emailed on numerous occasions and now think they have blocked my email address as it says it is invalid. This is not the case as I recieved an email 2 months ago from them. After complain 3 times having a reply it now doesn't recognise my email address. I am furious as I didn't pay by PayPal.

I have ordered a pet roller on 30/04/20 still nothing arrived emailed 8 times I got 2 relies claiming it is in transit emailed again no reply lucky that I payed by paypal I raised a case with paypal they refunded my money in 24 hours ,please don't use this company they are fake and scammers.

This company if it is a real company are an absolute disgrace. Do not give these lying,lowlife scumbags a single penny of your money..Goods I purchased were never sent.

I ordered a pet hair roller in may and it has not turned up and the tracking order says it doesn't exist I have emailed three times They replied saying it was on the way but still not here.
Should have checked here before purchasing

Do not touch. They take your money but you never receive anything, they don't reply to emails

RIP OFF COMPANY - ordered a pet hair roller over 2 months go, they provide a fake tracking system which basically shows your item is moving around China (for over two months now!), messages many times and same answer - parcel is on its way, which it obviously isn’t and asked several times for a refund with no response. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This seems to be a fake shop never got my order. User chachi seems to be giving reviews for fake shops.

I order all my cats meds through this company. Revolution is the best price here. It does take a few weeks to receive as they come from overseas but the savings is substantial if you are on a budget like myself. I have 3 cats and it gets very expensive for meds as you have to have a vet apt to get script. No script needed here.

I made a wrong order and contacts the company just a couple of hours after so they can read my mail before shipping the order.

I have now tried with several mails and messages through their website without any luck. The order I wanted canceled is now shipped and they have not answered at all.
Horrible costum service and I would advice everybody against using them!

I've received my banana bed for my dog and they are really amazing! My cat loved it.
