Always has what I need. The website could be better though.

I have not been able to find any website out there that can deliver my pet's medications for a lesser price. It is well worth it to pay the extra money for shipping tracking information. I've never missed a shipment, or had a lost shipment.

I was receiving items from this pet supplier for a year now. My order is already on time and always available. My fur baby Diesel never had no problem take him medicine. Order is always delivered on time or earlier than expected. Order is always complete, never any missing items. Very easy to enter a coupon code to get a discount.

They will take your money and cancel without notifying you. I ordered on the 4th and didn't receive any emails, calls or anything. When I followed up on the phone on the 11th the individual was rude and couldn't handle an upset customer trying to find out where the animal meds are or atleast the full refund. When dealing with animal meds you can be interfering with their lives. Would you be ok with this if it was your human family? I looked over every email possible and never received anything (as they say they had to confirm stuff) if this is your protocol don't take any money until you have full confirmation. Many average people can't pull $1K out of the sky just to cover your "not able to verify information" that should have been confirmed before you take our money and give us a confirmation number. Seems to be not a legit business, but that is the risk you take when you try and get anything a little discounted. So be prepared to cover the bill 2x if you want to go through this company, still not sure if you will even get the meds or your money back because I haven't seen either. Better off with petmeds or chewy to ensure you get your animal meds on time unless you have money to put down the drain. Goodluck and hope you have a better chance then I did

This is my 2nd year ordering from Petcaresupplies and never had an issue. I get my cats the 48 mg Credlio 6 pack x 2, and works fantastic for fleas. It's a once a month flea and tick pill and it really works. This website saves me money, is easy to use, I pay the extra money for tracking and it also has a guarantee of delivery. The longest I had to ever wait was 3 weeks, the shortest was 10 days. The product comes sealed from overseas...this last time from France, but it varies. I trust them, never an issue and am a repeat customer.

Pet Care Supplies has name brand, high quality products at exceptionally reasonable prices. I am very pleased with Pet Care Supplies. Yes, one must plan ahead because shipping from overseas takes time, but it is worth the wait to obtain their products. Their prices are less than half of other retailers, and even less than half if you go to a veterinary clinic. I am very satisfied with Pet Care Supplies and will continue to place orders and save money.

The prices are great, but once an order gets messed up it remains that way, so far. I have sent four maybe five emails to get things straightened out, no reply. I have called which was more successful, but ended up with two orders instead of 7 scripts one for a fat cat, one for a skinny cat and 5 for regular cats in one order, they get parcelled out.

Place order of dog medicine on this website on Oct 5th. label made on Oct 7th. It was taken to a USPS partner facility on Oct. 14th! Yes, it took them a week to take it to a USPS partner like Going Postal. There it sat for two more days and on Oct. 16th. was sent to the USPS. Today Oct. 19th. 14 days after my order was placed, the order hasn't made it to the post office. Mind you, this is not free shipping, I paid $7 for shipping for a box of six pills. And by reading the other reviews, now I have low expectations that I will receive what I ordered. If I have to fight for a refund, I rather spend my time leaving review everywhere to save others the pain.

Placed an order and they emailed me saying they needed some type of verification before the order ships. I called and left multiple messages. They kept sending emails saying I needed to contact them. Now I get an email saying the order will be canceled. Never saw a company so incompetent in their communication. Will be filing with my card company. Judging from some of these other reviews I'll be filing a fraud claim with my card company. Looks like they just steal money and don't actually refund people.
