Site guarantees authentic product.. seresto is not it is a fake. I’m out 30 dollars

Horrible. Purchased 6 flea items for cat. After calls n calls it took over 2.5 weeks to come. When opened nothing was in the package. Called n didn’t have an answer. Said there shipping department would call me in your office hitch they never called. SCAMMERS I will never buy from them. Nor should anyone else. They come from Europe which they don’t tell you that when you purchase them

Products looks fake just from the front of the box....Doesn't even have the proper weight on front of box.....I always order from Amazon...I should have known better! I am so disappointed.

I am NOT going to use it on my dog. I guess I am out $30. Maybe it is a valid product but I am not going to risk my dogs life to find out.

It’s the two times when I had bad experiences with the customer service from other sites. So, when I called customer service of this online store for their help with an issue as I was ordering for the very first time. I found that no other consultant could have been more helpful. Calmly he leads me through the process, was knowledgeable and politely helped to find the solution to my query. I really appreciate their services.

I find all these "5" star ratings SUSPECT!!! First, there are many more low rating... Second, the 'language' used by the 5 star raters does not sound "American". I feel that this company may be having ACTORS write these high reviews... I could be wrong, but I've been "taken" by a FAKE website recently so I check all UNKNOWN companies now... I think I will pay the extra for a REAL Seresto collar, I know that the real collars are excellent at keeping fleas and tick off my Black Labrador puppy. I specify that she is black because it make it that much harder to SEE fleas and ticks on her

I unfortunately ordered two Seresto collars for my dogs. Not only did they continue to have problems with fleas they also developed a severe dermatitis. I didn’t even think about the collars being fake until I took my dogs to the vet. So not only am I out the $70.00 for the collars but it cost $200.00 to treat the side effects of the fake collars. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT FROM THIS MERCHANT

The products are fake from China! On October 20th I ordered flea meds to relieve my pets from suffering. I found out what I thought was a deal through this company but when I got product was all fake from china, shipped from Scandinavian countries but the product are from china and then ship to different places in Scandinavian to JUST deceive you to make you think that you actually getting from Europe. Do not risk hurting your pets. Don't let the good reviews deceive you, its the company employees who are rating to just deceive you

Well I have ordered Frontline Plus for cats it came within 14 days in the mail and my cats were infested with fleas and the flea Frontline medicine I have received from Petsupply care it works really well it got rid of all the fleas my cats are back playing and happy so I give this place two thumbs up and will continued to shop here thank you!!!!

I remember purchasing from this website some years ago and getting disappointed when I didn’t receive the products. After then I did not buy any products from here. That is until last month, when I visited my cousin and she told me how she got products for her cats from this website at relatively cheaper price and of high quality. So, I decided to give it a second try and ordered some flea and tick products for my pooch. This time, I was happy with the products as well as prices! And from now on I am going to buy pet products from Petcaresupplies.com only.

My first order from this website didn’t arrive on time so I had doubts about it. But when I used the products on my dogs, I knew I will return back to this site again. And sure I did, when my doggo got sick because of intestinal worms. This time, the products came on time! Maybe the first time was an exception because after that I’ve placed many orders and they have all reached on ETA. I really like this website and will recommend it to everyone.

Received a fake Seresto collar, probably doesn't even have any of the active ingredients in it. Don't be fooled by the great prices, they are selling fake items and shipping from overseas. Stay away.

When I visited my hometown last month, I found my ever active pooch sit idly in the corner as if he was sick. On checking him up properly I found he was infested with ticks. My parents were planning on a vet visit as they couldn’t determine the exact cause. I very well remembered the site my roommate used to refer to purchase pet healthcare products. This is how I made my first purchase here. Not only did I receive free advice from the customer relations executive, but I also received a great bargain. I am back to the place I work, but my pooch is as happy and cheerful as he used to say, my Mom. I recommend every pet owner to visit this site for their requirements.

If I could put negative 5 stars I would. I should have read the reviews first because had I known that not only do they not ship to the U.S., the products are fake! On October 25th I ordered flea meds to relieve my pets from suffering and found what I thought was a deal through this company. As soon as payment processed I got a text on my phone with link to my online receipt and it stated I would receive email once shipped. Waited until Saturday, November 2nd and realized it's been around a week and haven't heard anything back so I checked my email inbox and spam... Nothing... I checked the text link that I received the day of purchase... Lo and behold the "site was down" and is still down today, Monday, November 4th... So I tried to log in directly to petcaresupplies.com using the email I used to create my account... My email was not recognized, in fact not one of mine or my girlfriend's existing emails matched. So I called the customer service line and a man from a foreign country claimed I had an account from 6 years ago (um...no) and the account linked to this "pending purchase" showed 3 attempts at purchasing this item was declined because card was pending (we only attempted once and was successful as I purchased the product as soon as I found it and immediately received a text with a link to my online receipt as I previously stated, and my girlfriend's phone received a text from the bank stating the $17.99 payment has been processed) I told him the payment definitely went through because I'm looking at the bank transaction and the link to my online receipt which suddenly doesn't exist anymore. This place is absolutely a scam! Though we will be contacting our bank to file a charge back, it is not even a matter of getting our money back, it's a matter of giving our pets the medicine they need! This company took advantage of us and in return is making our pets suffer because the only thing they care about is getting 18 measly dollars! We will be getting our money back and going elsewhere for the proper medication.

It was during summer when my dog was suffering from flea infestation. But, I couldn’t get the flea treatment that I have been using for my pet since ages and thought that it might take more days to receive it from this site. But, when I placed an order and informed the customer service person about how bad I needed that treatment for my pooch, they agreed to deliver it in a couple of days and they actually did. Thanks to this website for fast delivery and also for saving my Fido from turning into a fleabag.

Ordered 2 products never received I called and they told me they were from Australia...never got my money back...its a scam site..they never answer emails either...crappy site and thing to do to people looking for products for their furbabies...

These products came from Singapore, not Canada. They met the criteria for counterfeit. I spoke with the manufacturer. They were definitely made for sale in Africa. IT IS ILLEGAL TO SELL THESE PRODUCTS IN THE US. THEY MAY OR MAY NOT BE REAL. Do not trust these people.

A few days back, my Fido became a flea bundle so I just ordered two products from this website one for the immediate treatment and other to store in for future. But, when the products were delivered I noticed that 1 of the products was not the one which I ordered. Then I immediately contacted the customer care and told about the wrong delivery of the product. Thankfully, they reshipped the right product asap and because I got the first product on time my pooch was again flea free.

I have a cat that's allergic to just about every flea medication I have bought. My vet recommended seresto collars which I've been using for years. They work great! He has fur again & isnt constantly digging at himself. Well needless to say i made the mistake of buying them off of this site. I saw cheap. Well it took weeks to get them & my cat has had it on for a couple weeks. His fur is falling out again & his eyes are bleeding. He just looks horrible. I took the collars off of my cats because I know this is a reaction to whatever they put on these collars. My cats do not have fleas however the product is NOT the same thing as I usually buy. I went and bought the real seresto collars tonight. I'm only giving it a 2 star review because my cats do not have fleas so whatever is on them is working but since my cat has allergies I cant use them. My poor boy looks horrible. He has a doctors visit coming up on monday but I sure hope he feels better now that the collar is removed.
