I ordered 6 months worth of my elderly dog's heart medication. The website showed it as in stock. Let me order. Took my money, including extra postage for 24 hour postage. This morning I got an email saying that it had been cancelled at my request and I have not been refunded!!!
I am keeping the email; as proof. I have not cancelled the order. Why *would* I cancel the medication keeping my much loved 16 year old dog alive?
In addition, the company has no phone number when you need to talk to someone.
Total scammers.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Especially if you have a dog with heart failure needing the medication!!!

Thank you for your review. We are very sorry that you felt compelled to review us in this way. Unfortunately, stock issues do sometimes occur that we are not made aware of in advance. We are aware that you did not request for the order to be cancelled, and we advised we would be cancelling the order as stock is not expected until May. The refund has been processed on our system, but can take a few days for the bank to reflect this. We once again apologise for any inconvenience.
We ordered medecine for our Guinea Pig, and before it was shipped, unfortunately our little piggie passed away. I got in touch via email to request the order be cancelled. I got a quick response back confirming father's order was cancelled and refunded, and also offering sympathy for our loss. Great, fast service with a personal touch.

Ordered on two separate occasions as I forgot something. Pet counter refunded shipping for the second product without question. I have done this before with others companies and have never had shipping refunded.

Pricing is really good compared to other sites. I had run out of my cats special food so ordered some more and left a note on my order to say please ship ASAP as I had run out. No questions asked they shipped same day and I had it next morning. Would 200% recommend this company

Great prices for medication my arthritic cat needed. Easy to upload the repeat prescription from my local vet via my phone. Also one of the few online stores offering Royal Mail 24hr tracked delivery. Ordered at 12pm on Thursday and order arrived Saturday morning. Nice touch to put a free cat treat in the envelope as a thank you. Shop is based in a London vets, but you can order from anywhere in the UK. Will now be a regular customer.
