Ordered 6 pippetts from fleasolve and only received 1 pippett yesterday. I contacted the company and was fobbed off. Also insulted my intelligence. Pretended to be polite in a very obnoxious way. I don't understand how they have got so many positive reviews. They must have a big family lol. I for one will never use these charlatans again.

Had a problem with an order and Jaq went out of his way to sort the problem out professionally and quickly.

Purchased a dog car crate. Good quality product and it arrived in 24hrs! Great service. Very impressed.

Very fast delivery and well packed.
The smaller version of the half boot pyramid crate I bought turned out to be too small for the adult dog we are getting. That said, returns were super easy with their extremely helpful and friendly customer service. I would thoroughly recommend PetDeals and would buy from them in the future. Thanks.

Overall this is a good quality product but for me a minor change would have helped a lot. If each panel could be numbered on the panels themselves and panel numbers shown on the otherwise good instructions it would help a lot.

This was my first order from PetDeals UK and I found the ordering was very simple to do. The items were dispatched and delivered very quickly. A first class service. I will definitely use this company again.

I bought the double XL crate, and although the shipping was a little longer than expected (shipping to the UK post-brexit is delayed) the customer service was helpful, friendly, and informative.

When it arrived, it was very well packaged, the instructions were as clear as they could be, and all the parts were well made.

I would not recommend building this sized crate single-handedly!

This took a good 90mins from unboxing to installed, with a little swearing and a bit of grunting (it’s definitely XL!), but the build quality is as described, and it fits perfectly into the boot of my estate.

The effort in constructing it is well worth the quality product. I’m very happy!

Purchased Dog Health K900 heavy duty crate /whelping. Delivery on time 2 working days. Best price on the market. Unfortunately the packaging was wet and torn in places, on struggling to get product out which is very heavy, and diligently packaged for transit with lots of wiring and packing blocks to stop damage which is as it should be. On erecting which was easy I noticed the door catch was twisted I immediately called customer services and spoke to Salim (what a lovely gentleman) who arranged with his colleague Uzair to call me back once they’d had a look at photos I sent via email. The end result was to offer to replace whole item or discount. I opted for the discount as the packaging was damaged and I’d not have been able to re-pack because of the complexity. I must say it was my decision to accept a damaged package, I could have refused and asked for another to be sent out. These things happen and I can truthfully say I would most definitely use this company again....best customer service I’ve had pleasure to deal with.....Thank you Salim & Uzair

Simply excellent customer service. I ordered a hutch for our guinea pigs and it arrived very quickly. There was a slight confusion around the delivery detail, but this was followed up quickly and efficiently, and in a very courteous fashion. The product itself is sturdy and was easy to assemble with only basic tools required. Would highly recommend, and will be using this complany again should the need arise.

Ordered the large dog pen Friday noon, item was dispatched that day and arrived Monday. Cage is very sturdy and exactly what we wanted. Super fast free delivery and a super product at a very reasonable price! How’s that for customer service.
