Purchased a ring earrings and bracelet and wow their customer service absolutely stinks wrote them the same day. I got them and said the ring was not as described as it was a kids ring and certainly was not adjustable. The earrings were so small I could not get them in, they just fell, before they even reached my ear and refused as I worded my email slightly wrong and they said I put them in my ear which I did not the bracelet was okay but very cheap quality and will break within seconds. They have refused point blank to refund me any of it despite me fulfilling the return policy exactly , now having to raise a dispute with my bank I am returning said items as they are applied of crap. Do not do not buy from this company.

I bought a beautiful brooch for my wife as a Christmas present, she liked it very much. But the pin came off the second time it was worn. These things happen and it's not why I'm only giving one star. When I reported this, I was astonished by the response... "Sorry you only have thirty days to return an item'. They have misunderstood UK trading law which does indeed limit returns to thirty days but does not apply to faulty items.
I gave them time to respond before I wrote this review, but the first response to my offer to reconsider the flat refusal before I wrote a review, as very aggressive saying "so what are you threatening?".
When I tried to engage further, I found my second email bounced as spam!

Recently I had Petdrop to couriered my puppy from Carlisle to Glasgow. Fantastic service and can't stress enough how well they performed. When looking for a quote, they offer a price that can't be refused. Communication between the courier is key when it comes to this job and they succeed doing so. The courier was insured and licensed for the job and was very helpful and kind.
