Shaun Blake undertook a comprehensive damp survey for me. Talking me through it, as well as sending a comprehensive report setting out the order of priority for undertaking any works.

When Richmond council informed us that our neighbours was applying for permission to build a wrap around ground floor extension and a loft conversion. We instructed Peter Barry to arrange for a party wall agreement with our neighbours. David Brazier quickly came around and did the schedule of conditions and pretty soon it was all sorted out. We instructed Peter Barry to help with party wall awards for our house renovation and mainly dealt with Callum Escott. He initially very clearly explained the process and the options, and was able to expertly navigate some tricky conversations with neighbours. I engaged Peter Barry to carry out a survey for a statutory lease extension. This was completed very quickly and was very detailed.

Peter Barry were contracted to carry out a Party Wall Agreement in Oct 2024. On 13 Feb 2025, I emailed Peter Barry informing that there was a dangerous incident regarding ' large items crashing into my flat roof coming from the building works'.
Later in the day I received an email response 'I am sorry to hear about this. I have passed this over to the surveyor and they will be able to help you with this directly'.
I have heard nothing since. Very, very unprofessional. I would expect a professional company to respond.
