Ordered a 44 but received a 42. As it worked out, the 42 fit me perfectly. If you are in the US, know that you will not get a tracking number, but Royal Post will email you when your order leaves the country, arrives in the US, and is out for delivery.
What a great experience with a product that is second to none.

Ordered 2 pairs of pajamas
Ordered 2 pairs of pajamas. They were way oversized. Called the company and was told pajamas are the number-one item returned. I have issues with pajama sizes in the past. I don't understand why the company hasn't updated its sizing chart. In addition to sizing, I had to pay $30 to return the 2 sets.
Having to pay $30 to return an item when the vendor is at fault seems unethical.

Very unhappy with this company.…
I have been trying to return a purchase since December29, 2025. The garments do not fit. I would do an exchange , but they can’t accommodate that kind of try. I have gone through their ruturn process 4 times only to be referred due to the order number not being recognized.
I have$250.00 worth of very nice clothing that I can’t do anything with.
This is very poor customer service to say the least. Just warning any US customers, do not purchase anything from this company. They don’t have it together and do not care about customer satisfaction.
