Discriminatory, ignorant, arrogant and offensive.
Before I begin it is unsurprising to read that most positive reviews are to do with home sales - in my own PERSONAL experience when PC&Co have your money, they are finished with you!!!
I have never experienced discrimination on the level I have from Peter Clarke and Co which has now caused me serious destress and they also don’t care. I have enquired about some building works on a communal building my flat is located in. As Peter Clarke and Co didn’t ‘order’ the works they have literally told me they are unwilling to discuss it. Harriet is by far one of the rudest people I have EVER spoken to on the phone, huffing and puffing and cutting me off to tell me she ‘wants to go home’. When Michael is done talking to you, he ignores you. I also have NEVER had to seek advice from a solicitor before. Before renting to me PC&Co knew I had certain health conditions and the response I have had is not only unkind, but actually discrimination. They have made me feel so terrible and worthless for things that I cannot control. If you suffer with any form of health condition DO NOT become a tenant with this agent. They will only find you an ‘irritation’ for what I can only presume is small charge they get for managing. I am now being ignored no matter who I email. I have actually asked Michael for a document letting me know what PCCo’s internal obligations to tenants are - this has been ignored - I asked Harriet for this on the phone. I have asked for the details of the individual I need to begin an internal complaint, ignored. I am not even sure it is completely legal to refuse these documentations and details if asked. The person responsible for this company seriously needs to consider some further training in basic customer service and compassion for these (seemingly) arrogant and offensive agents.
If a response is left to this publicly I am sure it’ll all be my fault - they are full of words and very little action. They actually have not the single interest in even trying to disguise their absolute disdain for you. Michael even commented that ‘works would not stop because of me’ - I never asked them to. PC&Co also knew these works were beginning and failed to be transparent of the gravity of the situation and impact it’d have on peoples lives. That was my qualm.
Only in Stratford Upon Avon ehhh!!!
They’ll be very glad too hear I won’t be renewing my contract, but certainly not as glad as I am. I’m sure I will also be completely ‘paid back’ in my checkout process and I’m sure I’ll be getting plenty of emails from them about ‘what they want’.
A service poorer I am yet to encounter. Even last year a few days before x-mas I locked myself out and though they held a key they refused to assist me but to give me the number of a ‘locksmith’ … 80£ later.
In the communal area I reside in I know one thing, I am not alone in my ideas of this companies attitude. Even the lady who comes and does inspections likes to comment on your personal decor and a more sarcastic person I’m yet to meet.
Once they have your money they’ll be done with you and with my already pre existing issues I now have to spend time wasting the remainder of my tenancy filling out paperwork for ombudsmen and the like. You know I wasn’t even allowed too move out on July 1st even though I pay my last rent this month … me thinks that’s due to the place being covered in scaffolding with workmen right outside the window drilling into the walls. Curious right???
On a slightly different matter.
1. Recently received a revised ‘fire’ documentation even though the electrics cupboard for the area is full of other neighbours junk and flammable liquid. I don’t understand how this has been verified and signed off. Oh well, at least that cupboard is only underneath my kitchen.

An estate agent that really cares
My journey to move home actually began back in 2020. I made a purchase from Peter Clarke and Co for a lovely apartment. The whole process was quick and painless and I reached completion within 8 weeks. During this period, I was constantly kept informed on progress and any potential issues were quickly flagged and dealt with. My initial impression was that this estate agent really care as opposed to just trying to make a sale. It was evident the amount of time and effort they put in at every stage and they really did their best for me to make the process as easy as possible. Move forward 2 years and I was on the move again, be it at one of the most challenging times of all with the pandemic and associated budget crisis. Due to the good experience I had previously had, I decided to ask them to sell my place to move back down South. It was not easy and really took some effort, but the team really looked after me. The level of customer service received was always polite and professional. Despite the many challenges of the current times, they managed to sell my place and help with the many challenges and blockers along the way. I would personally like to thank Renee, Matthew, Jane and the rest of the team. I will always remember and be grateful for the excellent service I received.

Fantastic and Professional Service
We had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Matthew Corrall and his team. From the realistic valuation to a sale above asking through managing a complicated buying/selling experience (to put it mildly), Matthew's calm, professional and diligent successful approach ensured we completed on the correct day even though I felt it would all fall through in the chaos!

Happy House Move

My first impression of Renée was spot…
My first impression of Renée was spot on, from the day she called to value my property right through to completion. I trusted her implicitly as she talked me through the initial process and we spoke regularly from that point on. The feedback cards after each viewing were really helpful and I honestly felt she was as delighted as I was when we received the offer I accepted. My property was listed on 19th October, open house booked for 29th October with sale agreed 2nd October 2022. Completion was 16th January 2023. 8 offers from 9 viewings! Renée and the team were so professional throughout and a credit to Peter Clarke. I would have no hesitation in recommending. Thank you

Very Professional and communicative
Used Peter Clarke Estate Agents to sell my late mothers property, they were very understanding of of our situation. We were regularly kept up to date with the process of the sale of the property. Landlords be aware if your renting out
Landlords be aware.
Promise the world but deliver tenants not fit for your property's.
If your property is in a nice area don't use these clowns. Numerous complaints within a week and ongoing for months yet no action. So surrounding residents not happy with tenants from day 1.
A so called agent ( Mr M Scott) promises to act but nothing 0% action taken. Looking at property will need doing up again within a year

Nearly a year you've been " speaking " to them, clearly works well.
And no I certainly wouldn't be a client of yourselves as the 38 houses I look after we use estate agents who make sure we don't get tenants like this.
And communication is key something you certainly don't master by ignoring people

Fantastic!
Fantastic service from Renee and all the team at Leamington Spa. Professional, caring and respectful thoughtout the sale of my parents home from beginning to end. My Father moved to a Nursing Home and Renee made sure the sale of the house went as smoothly as possible. A difficult situation for the family was made so much easier knowing that Renee was tying up all the loose ends to make sure the sale ran smoothly for us.
