Going the extra mile
Thank you so much for going the extra mile to defend my daughter against the ridiculous and unjust racially aggravated charge made against her by people making her life hell whilst squatting in her Airbnb at the bottom of her garden.
After months of frustration, which caused financial hardship and affected my daughter’s mental health, she finally snapped and made what they claimed to be a racially motivated remark, and she ended up being arrested.
Solicitors we’d previously taken advice from said it would my daughter on trial, and not the complainants. She had told them to ‘go back to their own country’ (or words to that effect) and should plead guilty and accept the consequences. They were not at all interested in presenting any mitigating circumstances and would have just ‘represented’ her, rather than defend her as you so eloquently did.
You obviously took much time and trouble to understand the many complex issues leading up to that situation and convinced the court that my daughter was the true victim, and not the people who had complained about her at every opportunity.
They were shown up to be liars and scroungers, with my hard working daughter the real victim. And when the court’s decision was announced, my daughter and all her supporters were reduced to tears knowing that justice had been done and the truth outed.
Thank you sir - you restored our faith in British justice!

Highly recommended, Peter has excellent knowledge and experience in his field. His communication was very good and did a great job getting all the valid points across and in my instance he got the victory results I was hoping for in court.
