I’ve purchased a few books now from these guys and each time their communication has been excellent. They are prompt at processing and sending books off. The books have all been in excellent condition. I intend to keep using them despite the fact I’m in New Zealand.

I buy lots of books from Peter & Rachael, and I have been pleased with every purchase. When ordered, books arrive quickly and in good condition(well packaged). If I need help Peter is very willing to give it, going out of his way to search information. He is pleasant and kind and his service is excellent . I would highly recommend his book company . Am well pleased with everything !

The service, book variety and selection is fantastic. Their website is easily navigable, and looking for a publication is readily attained by search choices such as author, title, key word, etc. They work hard to earn your business, because they care!!
Peter was more than willing to even contact me by telephone one time when I was having a fit with my credit card info.. This may seem trivial, except that I reside in the USA, and his willingness to step in and help with the transaction is something I will always remember. I too make my living in customer service, and Peter and Rachel have that nailed down solid!! My purchases are always wrapped securely, and arrive well within the estimated shipping dates. You absolutely cannot go wrong with doing business with these fine folks.

Since discovering the Reynold's book store a couple of years ago I have placed several orders. Without exception, every order arrives here in the USA very promptly and well packaged, always in the condition advertised or even better. Their prices are extremely competitive. Peter has always been very prompt to respond to any question, and I've even received a call from him when he was following up on a recent order I placed. I am quite confident that they would deal honestly and efficiently with me if there ever was a problem, and although I hesitate ordering other things out of country, I do not worry at all when I'm buying from Peter. I know Peter a lot of years. Last May I met him for the first time personally. he has a good selection in his stock. Sometimes he has rare books. His prices are reasonable. Orders has been done perfectly. And payment follows by VISA.
