the products are great but the service…

the products are great but the service is rude they ignore you even if you place orders over 200 euros , it's really sad cuz it stops me from ordering again.... and any broken sending are just ignored , they never update the site on new inventory , I'm not a complainer I just wanted to say some products have water damage can I order them again? I don't even want replacements but get totally ignored for 2 weeks now , I'm getting ready to call but my German is not so strong
