The payment you’re referring to was related to the Campus annual access, which you were able to use free of charge for one full year. As stated in our policy, after the free period the Campus access automatically renews on an annual basis, unless canceled before the renewal date.

After reviewing this internally, we’d also like to clarify that we do not refuse refunds when they are requested. It’s possible that you received an automated response from a support agent, which does not represent the position of our Administrative team. Our Admin team is always on the students’ side and processes refunds promptly whenever requested.

We kindly invite you to contact us again using the official support references available inside the Campus, so our Administrative team can review your case directly and provide you with a quick and fair resolution.

The DJ course you purchased for €500 is a one-time purchase and remains yours for life. There is no expiration date, and you do not need to pay anything further to retain access to that course or its content.

The monthly subscription you later received emails about was introduced after your purchase and is completely optional and separate from the DJ course you already own. This subscription applies only to newly added programs, such as music production and mix & mastering, along with ongoing resources and tools that were developed as the academy expanded. As our platform grew, we chose a subscription model for these additional materials to avoid requiring students to pay another large upfront fee.

Regarding the course content, our academy is designed to offer a well-rounded education, combining technical DJ skills such as music library organization, track selection, workflow, preparation, and performance structure with broader professional topics, including artistic identity, mindset, career development, and industry insight. While some students focus primarily on technical instruction, others find equal value in the strategic and creative aspects of building a sustainable DJ career. We understand that learning preferences and expectations can vary from person to person.

There are many valid paths to becoming a DJ, and no single program can be the perfect fit for everyone. That said, we take all feedback seriously and continuously work to improve both our communication and the overall learning experience.

This is not a scam or fraud. We operate according to clear terms and transparent policies, and we take these matters very seriously. In this specific case, there was no active subscription or Campus annual renewal involved.

We also want to be very clear on one important point: we fully respect our policy, and any dissatisfied customer is always refunded. We do not withhold refunds, and we do not benefit in any way from unresolved or disputed situations.

Regarding your refund request, we do have a clear process in place to ensure that all requests are handled efficiently. Our primary goal is to support our students and create a positive learning experience, not to deny requests. We also have specific terms and conditions, available on our website, that outline the policies for refunds and which you agreed to at the time of purchase.

We responded to your initial request on August 27th, 2024, providing all the necessary information to proceed, but we did not receive a follow-up from you.

As for booking a call, our calendar allows appointments to be scheduled up to 60 days in advance, and we frequently update it with new availability. We encourage you to check back regularly for the most up-to-date slots.

It includes structured video lessons, practical exercises, downloadable resources, community interaction, and mentor sessions — guiding students through everything from basic mixing fundamentals to advanced performance concepts.

We understand you were expecting a VR experience and highly technical transition tools. At this time, the platform does not include virtual reality (VR) components as part of the core curriculum; the training is delivered through video lessons and interactive campus features. The course does dive into transition techniques, including a range of mixing methods such as volume control, beatmatching, EQing, effects, cueing, phrasing, and performance flow — with the aim of building real-world DJ skills that can be applied on any setup.

We also want to highlight that many students value the holistic nature of the curriculum, which blends technical skills (beatmatching, transitions, gear setup) with creative insight, career guidance, and industry context from world-class DJs and producers — something frequently mentioned in positive reviews across Trustpilot.
