I made an order recently for the collagen chews for our lab. The order didn't arrive in a period of time that I expected so I emailed them. To my surprise when the order came I was given more than expected. What a great way to make a customer happy. And BTW our lab loves the chews.

I placed an order in august for collagen chews for my dog my visa card was charged to in august ,I received a letter telling me they were running behind schedule and my order would be late,nothing in september i called again and was told the fda is inspecting them ,its now november i havent received anthing yet where is my order or refund!!

I placed an order on September 18, 2024, but never received it. On October 16, 2024, I canceled my order and asked for a refund, but I never received one. Finally, on November 1, 2024, I contacted my bank and filed a dispute for this transaction. They are a shady company. I will never do business with them again and would STRONGLY suggest the same to others.

Ordered a large box of Billy sticks 2 weeks ago and there was a label made but UPS doesn’t have the package. The Company hasn’t responded to my emails but they already charged me.

The customer support is quick, efficient and informative, and my rescue pup absolutely LOVES her collagen Chew Sticks. She carries hers EVERYWHERE with her, and it helps to keep her occupied for extended hours in her crate due to our work schedules. Highly recommend Pet Expertise!

My 10 month old baby girl loved her first chew. I was concerned as to how many she could have. Like daily or everyday other day? The CS got back to me very fast and answered my concerns. I’m happy she can finally be happy chewing on something good for her. Recommend these for your baby too..

It was a sure-fire way to get all three dogs to settle down during a thunderstorm. The collagen sticks lasted about 45 minutes with one dog and an hour with the other two dogs. Most chew sticks would be eaten in a matter of a few minutes. They’re long enough where the dogs can easily hold onto them with their paws.

For a long time, I had been giving my dogs (one 14 y/o & the other, 1 y/o) pizzle sticks (dehydrated bull penises). Pizzle really stinks, and affords no benefit to joints or any other specific body parts. These collagen sticks last longer than pizzle, they don’t reek, and are an effective remedial for arthritis.

Try them; you’ll LOVE them and so will your fur babies!

I have been purchasing from pet expertise for fifteen years now. Great company- always available to give advice.

The first thing is that both of my dogs love them. They last a very long time AND their customer service is truly amazing.

The promotional pricing was exceptional. Shipping was fast. Customer service was first class. I loved the product, but my dog has a weird stomach, and got some digestive issues from the collagen.

My dogs love these collagen sticks! I will order them again.

We had a bad experience with this company. We ordered a light for our pups collar. It was junk, cheaply made, did not work out of the box. It took Pet Expertise 2 days to respond and approve a return and give us instructions. They required us to pay the postage for the return even though the item did not work. We sent the return using the approved shipping label they provided on March 4 and USPS confirmed they delivered it to Pet Expertise March 8. Over 4 weeks later, we had not received the refund nor had they responded or updated us at all despite 2 inquiries from us. Finally we received an email suggesting that we may not have followed their shipping instructions and they have not received the item. So we confirmed we followed their instructions exactly and provided the tracking number and USPS delivery info. Still no refund or resolution. Poorly made product, poor return process, and terrible customer service

Seven days ago I ordered the freedom harness, no pull dog harness with velvet lining. I also ordered the leash, and paid for the chew warranty and expedited shipping. The total was $56.47. I have not received an email saying it has been shipped yet, nor have I received the item. I sent an email two days ago which I have had no response to. I had to do a search to get the phone number and no one answers--that is just voicemail system. Not counting or ever receiving the item or getting money back. Very disappointing!!!

Update: Several hours after writing the above review I received an email from Pet Expertise saying they were looking into this. When I had heard nothing else by the next afternoon, I called Pet Expertise and got an actual person. I told her I wanted to cancel the order and wanted a refund. She said she would send it to the department that handled that, and I should receive a refund in 5-7 days. I got a message today that the refund has been issued. I was able to order the item I wanted off of Amazon. It was actually a little cheaper as the "chew" warranty was included. If you decided to order this item off of Amazon, I would check to make sure the business it is coming from is not Pet Expertise. We received ours in two days, and the small business it came from on Amazon was 2 Hounds.

Great customer service and great products! We have a Labrador girl and we bought her a harness (raspberry color) and she looks great on it! Great quality, comfortable!

My dog loves these chewy sticks!!! Whenever I need him to have quiet time if I have guests over for dinner, this is the perfect treat for my baby boy!!! Also, their customer support is excellent! I had a couple of issues that were resolved asap! I highly recommend this company and their product!!!
