Poor service

Updated my address weeks before shipping and still sent to older address. First 2 shipments have gone horrible

There is no real custome support

There is no longer any live customer support. Only frustrating fake auto generated help with names like Brittany and Christie. Super frustrating. Will not use them again

Received partial order

They didn't ship my complete order. I assume because an item was out of stock. Instead of shipping a partial order, they should have contacted me and ask what I want to do. In this case I would have cancelled it!

Don’t use auto ship!

Product was shipped dispute is asking them not to ship and not to deliver. They did ship, deliver and won’t take back. I will never use them or recommend them to anyone.

Petflow does not stand behind the…

Petflow does not stand behind the products they sell. I bought an $80 bag of PureVita Grain Free Turkey & Sweet Potato Dry Dog Food which is very obviously spoiled. It smells terrible and my dog will not eat it. She has been eating the same dog food for years. I texted PetFlow (no phone calls allowed) They told me to take my issue to the manufacturer. I'll be buying my dog food locally from now on.

No notification if order won’t be fulfilled

I was sent to Petflow from Hills Science website to order prescription dog food. I put in an order, provided the prescription, vet info, etc. Signed up for repeat delivery, the works. Waited and waited for shipping info. Contacted the company only to be told the food was out of stock, and I would not be notified. How can they think it’s okay to take an order and not bother to fulfill it or not communicate when they can’t? I will never place an order with them again. It’s too dicey.
