Makes my life easier

Nutrisource dog food isn’t easy to find so being able to subscribe and have it shipped regularly is really nice

Give to a shelter dog while feeding your own

I love doing business with Petflow…

I love doing business with Petflow because they aren’t Amazon or Walmart. The price on the 6” bully sticks will keep me on a monthly subscription indefinitely. Thank you for being a company I can feel proud to do business with.

This was my first time ordering

This was my first time ordering. I ordered food on 11/26 and never heard anything from them. I called yesterday on 12/9 to ask about the status of my order and was told they canceled my order because it was out of stock. So, I waited nearly two weeks to find out that I was not getting the food. Pretty shabby customer service.

I went through annoying lengths to make…

I went through annoying lengths to make sure that the dental chews would come with the order, and it was dropped from auto ship. This keeps happening. I’ve tried unsuccessfully for years to get these two things ordered together. I am no longer interested in auto shipments.

even when things seem to be going wrong

when i realized wife had forgotten to tell me she was about out of fromm adult for her 2 standard poodles i got online but it wouldn’t let me order so i did a chat & a person from pet flow looked up our account as we are a regular customer & the order was placed for me. fed-x showed they had in on truck on thanksgiving & was out for deliver which i really didn’t think they would be working the holiday. the next day it showed out for delivery so at dark fed-x had not came so i got back online & pet flow said on the chat line they said it showed still out for delivery. so i went & turned on all the outside lights & within 5 minutes he was here & wheeled his dolly into the garage & was all smiles & even though it was late & very cold. actually it worked out really well except for a few little hiccups. 5 days was really fast from order to receive,
