Very poor delivery
Can't rate it any higher as ordered on 20th, it's now 27th still not delivered.
In comparison, ordered on Amazon from USA 22nd delivered today 27th.
You need to use a better courier.

Hi Steve, the item was shipped on the same day we received your order ie on 20th Oct. Unfortunately due to the current lockdown restrictions deliveries in Auckland are taking longer. NZ Post is experiencing delivery delays up to 5 working days as communicated on their website, media and on our website. We will escalate for investigation and hope that the parcel is received soon.
