I click the link stating I'll get phone but I didn't get any

I purchased an electronic item from another website and when the payment went through the webpage showed that I had in fact actually paid for a membership to this site. They are now disputing that this could be possible and are refusing to refund me. I don't even have a pet!

I need to write a review to get my refund, which is absurd.

For reviewing a decision made earlier that no refunds will be made. It is good to see a positive response to a client's complaint raised due to insufficient communication and request for authorisation before charging the accounts of clients.

I didn't see anything creat it was my first tym opening an account ND never bought anything because they whr taking cash without my permission

The efficiency that the manager dealt with cancellation it was agreed free for me as a client .I am very happy with the transparency and speed to resolve this cancellation
