Wish 0 star was available

Wish 0 star was available. I sort of blame the site that linked with this page. Don't know if it is an affiliated or some sorts. However I paid for something on a different site and now when I ask customer service in regards to to refund, they said "according to their agreement" they cannot which makes no sense since I did not sign up for any agreements. Simply paid, thats it. This is straight up scam. Report if possible, but do stay away.

Stay away from this website

Stay away from this website! I had ordered something from here. I waited for two weeks it's never been delivered then I contacted them. Every time a different support member replied to my email and that's why I had to explain the situation again and again. Meanwhile, they continued getting money from my bank account for the membership fees. After that, I realized that the product never gonna be delivered then I requested them to delete my membership and refund my money. However, they told me that they can not refund me. Then I started emailing them every single day persistently after a few days they refunded partially, not all money I paid. They have never delivered my product and never refunded the money completely. Even after they deleted my subscription they continued to get my money from my bank account. They have my money has to be refunded to me. They now don't answer my emails.

Update (6-Dec-2023):
After 2 years, the support team reached out to me and I got my payment back. So the issue is resolved now. Thanks
