Best company I have ever used for my dogs insurance by a country mile! Good pricing, no problem if you make a claim and more importantly no major price hikes each renewal just fair and measured increases. Would certainly recommend !

Prompt an efficient
Rang and spoke to a person without any problem , claim form emailed and given to the vets who made the claim. Always stressful when your pets are poorly and claim going through smoothly was one less worry.

Not the company. Data protection takes such a long time. The agent must be bored stiff reading things out. I am a little deaf so it was difficult hear everything. Took 15 minutes when I just wanted to renew. Do it online is my recommendation
