I ordered headbands over a month ago…
I ordered headbands over a month ago and the first charge I received was accurate then a day later it changed on my bank statement to a 40$ charge for 3 headbands. They refuse funded me the 8 stupid dollers. Now 31 days later with fake tracking numbers it says delivered to an unknown address no where near me. Good luck getting ahold of anyone on the website there is no where to even find an email or number to call for this 30 day money back guarantee. With over 4000 reviews you can't read a single one or even click on them. I'm sure I won't be receiving a re fund as they made sure it took more than that too fake deliver it to a fake house
Customer service is non-existent
The product never arrived. Petitionm gave me a tracking number indicating it was delivered. I called the USPS and was told the package was not delivered to my address. I asked what address it was delivered to and was told they couldn't tell me for privacy reasons. I contacted Petitionm and they said they wouldn't do anything about it unless I had the address it was delivered to. I gave them the USPS phone number and have quit getting any kind of response from them. Customer service is a joke. They should have sent me a replacement.

Kind of a long story, but to make it short, I ordered a couple of things from these folks about six weeks before I needed them for a birthday present. I also paid for express shipping. I saw their advertising on Facebook and I’ve had good luck there before so, I didn’t really do my homework on the company… That’s on me.
So four weeks later, I start getting a little nervous about time and give them a holler. they let me know that one item was delivered and the other one I would see in a couple of days. they gave me a company to get a hold of about the missing delivery. To their credit, at this point they had replied quickly, and they were both professional and courteous.
But the company they gave me for the tracking was almost impossible to get a hold of and when I finally got to their website….It was in Chinese and had no option to switch to English. I don’t speak Chinese so that was a bit of an issue. I let the customer service know my problem and about this time item number two shows up. it is broken and wrong. It’s not what I ordered. So now I get a hold of customer service again and here’s where things went really south… And remember up to this point I have spent $50 plus express shipping and I’ve gotten one MIA item …and one broken item that was not what I ordered anyway.
The solution that was offered to me…was they offered to refund two dollars?
That took a minute to sink in and it was actually pretty insulting, but that was the only offer they made to make any restitution to make it right at all. I said I wasn’t real happy about it and they said they would pass that on to their different departments so they could do better in the future.
I don’t have a lot of faith in the fact that they will improve from reading some of these other reviews. offering me two dollars was both insulting and accomplished nothing.
I never expected to be made 100% whole but basically I could’ve lit 50 bucks on fire and at least got the warmth from it.
I hope people read the reviews on this. I generally don’t write bad reviews, but these folks were pretty infuriating and in my mind this entire thing is akin to theft.
All I can review is for my personal experience, but it seems like there’s quite a few in the same boat.
I wholeheartedly do not recommend this company.

Very poor customer service ordered five bags in October. on January 5 They said they delivered it to my front doorstep. Checked my cameras outside of my house and no one delivered anything of that day. Contacted back-and-forth with them and they will not replace my items Poor company poor customer service.

If I could I wouldn’t give this company any stars. I ordered the makeup bag in November for a Xmas present, and was charged way more than I expected, I changed the currency to AUS dollars but it still charged me in USD. I tried to cancel my order straight away but the company said it had already been picked for transport.. I never received the bag until mid January after contacting them to see where it was. The bag is definitely not worth the amount I was charged, as compensation for late delivery the company offered me an $8.00 AUD refund, considering I paid $74.00 AUD I didn’t accept the refund and said I would like to return the bag for a full refund. The answer I received was they are sorry but the amount they offered was the highest compensation they would offer.

If I could give a negative star rating I would. This business has low to no business standard. I got dupped and take responsibility for purchasing from Petitionm. Minutes after I made my purchase I Googled to see what I could find out about Petitionm. After researching I contacted the customer support to cancel my order. This all happened with in 30 minutes of the purchase being initiated. When I got a response I was told that their warehouse works quickly to fulfill orders and that my order was already in transit. I responded that I had not received shipping confirmation and that if they didn't cancel my order I'd take the issue to my financial institution to stop payment. Needless to say I ended up following through and an investigation was started. This business has earned it's bad reputation.

Not even a one star! Should be negative 5. I ordered 2 makeup bags in November for Christmas presents. They certainly took my payment but I never received my order. It is January and still nothing. Too late for Christmas presents! I want a full refund!

I ordered 2 cosmetic bags as Christmas gifts on 11/25/25. They just arrived 1/12/26. No explanation. No apology. I did inquire mid-December when would they arrive. I received updates which were like watching a snail's slime trail up a wall - stuck forever in ITALY - Italy??? Then leaving Italy. Then arriving in US customs, etc etc. All not in time for Christmas. I'd ask for a refund but somehow I doubt the company exits as a real company. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!

I am embarrassed to be writing this as negative as possible review of Petitiony as I should have looked at previous reviews before making my purchase. Not only did I not receive what I ordered, when I went to inquire about my orders status my account was conveniently LOCKED. In numerous emails to,I am not allowed to write petitiony email address. I was told that the support address was not authorized to unlock my account. I asked for a link or information to who was authorized to unlock my account I did not receive a response. Nor did I receive a response to my question of "what kind of support is offered support/petitiony .When reading the reviews, that I should have initially read, my experience was similiar to many others. I wish there was a physical brick and mortar location I could express my disgust for the company. I also wanted to use many expletives to describe my thoughts associated with my experience with Petitiony. I do not want to take any more of my time dealing with this fraud of a company. BTW I did not want to check any stars when rating Petitiony but I thought if I chose 0 stars,as I wanted too, I thought it may appear I didnt see or forgot to respond to that area of my review.

I ordered a travel make up bag from this company. Wish I had checked the reviews first as many said the tracking was fake, never received the order, extra taxes and charges were added to advertised price. I experienced all of these. Luckily I ordered via Paypal and was able to receive a refund through them. I would not recommend using this company
Don’t be scammed
I placed a large order on November 6 and on January 5 I am still waiting. Every time I question them they send me a new tracking number! This whole outfit is a scam and I fell for it.

What went wrong is you are a fraud this is a scam I order the makeup bags on 11/23/35 I have not received them yet. They sent me tracking for about a week and nothing since them. Not sure how to get my money back.

This company is a total scam. Do not purchase their make up bags because you will never receive them. You will only receive FAKE updates for logistics tracking. I placed an order on November 8 for 3 makeup bags for Xmas gifts and received infrequent updates up until December 8 and then they stopped. I emailed the seller multiple times and was constantly told to be patient. My patience ran out two weeks before Christmas and no items and luckily paid through PayPal so I filed a dispute and got my money back from these scam artists!!!

Ordered 2 makeup bags in November. The tracking said they were stuck in Belgium. Now they are in the US and still have not received. The company said it would place the order again. I will dispute the charges on credit card. Do NOT order from FACEBOOK or Instagram ads.

Should have known. Ordered 11/6/25 and it's 12/26/25 and still no products. I emailed their support and they said "we will reorder them" WTF don't do that now... we start all over again!!! I considered them a loss unless they magically appear someday.
