All a farce! Save your time. They do not reply to any messages. I have been left on read on multiple platforms. They state that the packaging has changed but the “same formula” remains. But the older one has literally different ingredients. When asked, no clarity is provided. When it comes to our fur babies, we don’t want misinformation! Stay clear!
Impossible to switch off "subscription". Get hooked into a subscription you never wanted then very misleading page to keep you cycled back into subscribing even when you don't want to. I've cancelled this twice now. Don't use!
