I can't say enough good things about the Luma
I can't say enough good things about the Luma cat litter box-it has completely changed our daily routine. The no-scooping feature alone is a game changer, especially with four cats in the house. It keeps everything clean, fresh, and hassle-free, which is something I didn't think was truly possible with multiple cats. One of my favorite features is the built-in weighing system. Being able to monitor each of my pets' weight and habits gives me peace of mind and helps me stay on top of their health in a way I never could before. We ended up purchasing two Luma litter boxes for our home, and it was absolutely the right decision. They handle the workload perfectly, and all of our cats adjusted to them with no issues.
I also want to mention how helpful Randy was throughout the process. He made sure all of my shipments arrived and answered any questions I had. Setup was quick and easy, and everything
worked right out of the box. If you're on the fence-especially with multiple cats-this is 100% worth it. It's convenient, clean,
and gives you extra insight into your pets' health.I wouldn't go back to a traditional litter box again.

I reached out with an issue for devices I'd purchased from Petlibro and the staff was so quick to respond. They immediately helped me figure out the problem, found my order history and let me know I was within warranty. I have new devices on the way and I'm absolutely thrilled with how helpful and responsive Vincy and the Petlibro team were.

Great product and customer support!
Bought the Petlibro automatic cat feeder a couple years back. Always worked perfectly. Recently a problem arose that I couldn't figure out. I contacted customer support,and Vincy responded just about immanently thru text. Long story short, apparently, after I had last took apart the feeder for a deep cleaning, I reassembled one part wrong, therefore the feeder was distributing way more cat food than expected. Glad I reached out to customer support instead of throwing the unit away thinking it was broke (it was past it's warranty).
So a big thank you to Vincy and Petlibro in general!

DO NOT BUY LUMA Litter box
I’ve received the Luma automatic litter box, and honestly, disappointment is an understatement.
The advertised AI features simply don’t work as expected. My cat’s recorded weight fluctuates wildly between 2.7kg and 4.7kg, which makes the tracking completely unreliable. It defeats the whole purpose of having “smart” monitoring if you can’t trust the data.
I’ve spent the past two weeks troubleshooting with their support team, and the experience has been frustrating. To even get basic functionality, you’re pushed toward expensive subscription plans that are overly complicated and poorly explained. I ended up purchasing one, only to find it didn’t even apply to my device. Thankfully, Apple refunded it.
The air filtration system is also ineffective — it doesn’t seem to filter odours at all, which is a major letdown for a product in this category.
When I requested a return due to the product not functioning as advertised, I was told I’d have to cover shipping costs myself for this large, bulky item. That’s unacceptable given the circumstances. On top of that, customer service responses are slow and unhelpful.
Overall, this has been a very poor experience. I would strongly recommend considering alternatives — there are more established brands out there with far more reliable technology.

The product itself is great, I’m not paying the extras but still get notifications when my dog has a drink. Their estimate of how long the water will last is way off, but that’s not a problem as I’d rather have fresh water every few days and not every 11. The highlight for me though has to be the outstanding customer service I’ve received from Mark. Polite, prompt and effective - there was a delay with Royal Mail and Mark resolved it with zero hassle, I updated my order half way through and again, the refund was issued straight away and updates provided immediately. If all other vendors had this level of service we’d all be a hell of a lot happier and calmer. Thank you to Mark and the team for a great experience with your company!

Replacement Filters
I order my replacement filters via a subscription. The last shipment I received was damaged and missing parts. I contacted customer service and they were prompt in responding and resolving the issue with a replacement. I would highly recommend Petlibro products!

I am so pleased with Petlibro’s technical support! I have been trying everything to reconnect my Granary Camera Feeder to the internet- the manual, YouTube videos, my internet provider to no avail! I’m leaving Thursday for an out of state trip and needed my Petlibro to make sure they are fed and to be able to see them while I’m away. Yes, I have a kitty sitter to care for them, check in on them. But it’s different when I know they’ll be fine because I can see them when they’re eating! Vincy, my technical support guy, helped me figure out that I had not done the feeder’s unbinding step and it was so easy to do! Thanks so much to Petlibro for a great product and fantastic customer service!

At the very beginning of the support email i thought it was AI but it quickly changed to a person. They were beyond helpful and made everything right for my feeder. We even had a small issue with the replacement part and they went above a beyond to make it right.

So I was having trouble with my feeder closing while my cat was eating and they instead of lying and going around it they assured me it was a problem in the older model feeders and they sent me a new feeder. I had asked if they wanted the old one and they said no. I really like the way this was handled and appreciated not being put on the side. Also they are typically very responsive. It’s hard to find such good customer service!

At first their support was fantastic - now crickets
At first their support was fantastic. I bought the Granary feeder. Got it set up. Controlling via wifi is pretty sweet. Great feeder actually. My cats eat vet prescribed dental kibble which is quite large, though it fit in their measuring circle sticker on the feeder. The feeder would jam when dispensing. I contacted support and they were very responsive. Gave me some suggestions etc. I tried them all but after having the feeder for just over a week and continuing to experience jamming, I decided this was not the feeder for me due to the larger kibble. I contacted them again and indicated my desire to return feeder. They said to send them pics of PN number, model number and image of kibble on their measuring circle. They said once they receive that, I would receive instructions for return. I sent them requested pics right away but I have heard nothing for a week. I have reached out to them twice and no response. Interesting that support requests were answered right away, but return requests are silent. I am in Canada so I can’t use the return process for US only.
