Confusing website, poor packaging, and unhelpful support
Petlibro's website is heavily sales-focused and deliberately confusing. I bought a bundle that omitted critical technical details, resulting in a fountain without a battery backup. When I tried to exchange the unopened item, support refused to cover return shipping, failing to acknowledge their misleading product pages. Furthermore, the items arrived poorly packaged. The hardware might work, but the buying experience is deceptive and frustrating.

This company stands by thier products! I purchased a wet food cat feeder about a year and a half ago, and use it most everyday to give my cat breakfast, keeps the mornings a little calmer! It worked flawlessly until last week. I contacted Petlibro through the app and they got back to me via email within 10 minutes. I did some troubleshooting steps and was able to send them video and screenshots of the issue, and they sent me a replacement unit. I was surprised since it was so far out from the purchase date, but then I saw the warranty is 24 months! I see this as a sign that the company believes in what they make and really care that it works. On top of the excellent product I can now unreservedly recommend purchasing from Petlibro because of the customer service.
I love the Petlibro automatic feeder
I love the Petlibro automatic feeder! My new furbaby is food insecure and will eat ALL of the food she can stuff into her stomach....and then throw it up!!! I was so worried about her for several days before I realized this was what was going on. I had never had a cat I couldn't free-feed before so I asked my friend what automatic feeder they used and it was a Petlibro.
The feeder works great, is easy to use (the manual and app setup as I've tried both), and I LOVE the feature that allows me to record my voice to announce meal time!
I do have one wish, though. Because my baby is so hungry and wants to eat all the time, I wish the minimum portion size was even smaller than it is. Right now I'm feeding her 4x/day, but would like to break that amount up into 6x/day.

I really value Petlibro's products as a company, but I was surprised to find just how prompt and helpful their customer support team was in helping me resolve an issue with one of their products. They definitely went above and beyond to help me.
I just adopted a new Diabetic cat- RFID One is the best
I just adopted a new Diabetic cat, so I got a new ONE RFID food bowl. Having 3 cats and all on different prescription diets is really important to me, so I need a food bowl I can rely on so no one steals the others' food. I love the Petlibro food bowl, which is the 3rd one I've gotten for my newly adopted cat. After I set it up, I encountered some technical issues with the app. I contacted Petlibro, and Kin from customer service helped me through the process until my issue was resolved. They even went the extra mile and updated my subscription, since it is now 3 filters a month instead of the 2 I will need. I have been using this company for 2-3 years now, and from dry food and wet food feeders to water fountains, smart IA cameras, and now a smart litter box, they have everything I need to keep my cats happy and healthy. And not to forget the 5 start custmer service.

The response time from customer support was very quick. Overall, the issue was directly addressed with minimal effort. A tracking number for a replacement was shipped out before I even received an email back from customer service. This is much appreciated, thank you.

The shadiest company EVER
The shadiest company EVER! The product was DOA. Then, they proceeded to harass me for 2 weeks, trying to force me to keep it, trying to force me to pay for its return, trying to force me to deliver it to the carrier. Whatever they could do to make my life miserable because I had the misfortune of trusting them. Once they got it back? They lied to me again and wouldn't give me a full refund. So, they are liars, thieves and have an awful product. I tried sending a review through their review process. Wouldn't go through, probably because it was negative. Really, they appear to enjoy messing with people when it comes to returns. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.
They accidently sent me a response intended for someone else, and they were putting that customer through it. The poor customer's cat got freaked out because of the machine and they sent PetLibro pics of the situation. This is what they said to her about their defective product "In many similar cases, backend adjustments or firmware fixes have successfully resolved the mid-cycle stopping issue without requiring replacement." So, apparently, it had a stopping issue, causing her pet to get upset. Still, they would not issue her a return label. The positive reviews? TrustPilot needs to screen them better. Petlibro is trying to bury bad reviews, IMO.
After I accidently got someone else's email, Petlibro said they would give me a full refund. I don't trust it. They never follow through, but maybe because they sent me someone else's email.

Customer Service Goes Above and Beyond
Customer Service Goes Above and Beyond. My package of filters was delivered to our communal mailbox on the floor, with an upcoming storm. So thankful they posted a picture of it, and of course, it was no longer there when I went to get it. I emailed their support team and got a response back within 2 days, and they fixed the problem and provided me with extra compensation. It really was a worry-free and hassle-free experience, and having that peace of mind is worth it. Will continue to recommend them.

Loved my experience from the beginning until the end, though it was unfortunate I couldn't receive replacement parts due to being in Canada, in the end I was still compensated which was very appreciated.
It was quick and easy communicating, when I emailed late at night originally I was surprised to of gotten an email back almost instantly.
Even with my issue, HIGHLY recommend petlibro and the RFID feeders. Love them!

New Dockstream 2 fountain- DO NOT BUY
I already have the original Battery Operated Dockstream but when I wanted to purchase a 3rd I realized they have a new product the Dockstream 2 and I am so disappointed with the battery life. I don't why Petlibro had to mess with a great product. I won't be purchasing from them again-

I have purchased 2 polar feeders
I have purchased 2 polar feeders. One has a dodgy wire so the connection is spotty. The second one the refrigeration no longer works rendering it unusable. I have complained in multiple occasions to no avail. I finally bought another 3 days ago and now today they have reduced the price by 25%. Their customer service is terrible the products although useful are at best below par.

Petlibro have excellent customer service. Unfortunately my DOCKSTREAM fountain developed a fault after 4 months, but the company responded instantly and have organised a replacement part free of charge.
I highly recommend this company and their products are excellent for our cats.
Polar wet food and Granary Feeder
We purchased the Polar wet food feeder and the Granary smart camera feeder to be able to feed our cat while on a trip. We have been using both systems for about 3 weeks without any issues whatsoever. Our cat had no aversions to both systems and we love that we can see her at mealtime when we are away.
Initially there was an error (on my part) with ordering the the company was prompt to help resolve the issue.
