How convenient! I'm so glad I found Pet Lovers Club, now I don't need to worry about remembering my dogs treatment, I just give it to them as soon as it arrives in the mail. Customer service has been great, not sure what these other reviews are talking about but they look pretty old so maybe that's it :)

The first shipment arrived with zero problem. The second one I found myself waiting, and after three weeks I emailed to enquire about the delay. I didn't get a reply for a week, and when I did, it was a generic reply that was probably mass-mailed, even though I had asked them about an issue very specific to my situation. It has now been five weeks since the last charge, I have been charged again, and I still haven't received the first lot of tablets I emailed them about. I am on a pension and I signed up to this group because the price is fantastic compared to the $60+ you pay in pet stores, but I am left wondering what to do now that my puppy has missed her monthly worming and at this rate her next one too, which is unhealthy for any dog. I understand - as explained in their generic email - that the volume of people signing up may have caused a backlog, but perhaps they should have prepared for this beforehand.

Honestly? Take up the offer of 17 a month for small dog simpatico . First one $5 . Take the money instantly tell you it’s been shipped and still waiting 3 weeks later . Email says 4-7 days phone call tells me it’s everyone’s fault but theirs . The next months subscription is due before I even get the first one . My poor puppy has been waiting I’ve just spent our food money on her simpatico at the pet shop. 5 times the price and she has hot spots all over . Do not even go there with this mob
