Great service today from the team at the pet market. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and a great atmosphere.
This was the only place locally I could find the meds I needed for my aviary birds.
Reasonably priced pet supplies also.
A great selection of items to choose from and the store is looking great with more improvements to come.

Disappointing
I am incredibly disappointed with the service from PetMarket. I ordered a Habistat cabinet and waited an entire week for delivery, despite the site advising 3-5 days, only to be told it was out of stock after I reached out to them. They were happy to take my money immediately but apparently couldn't be bothered to check their inventory or notify me. I’ve wasted a week of project time waiting for an item they never had. Unprofessional and poor communication. Still waiting for my refund to be processed.

Wonderful
This pet shop has improved vastly since our last visit! The layout has been improved and the animals are all in much better environments and clearly well cared for. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and attentive. We will definitely be going there again more regularly as they have made a wonderful shopping experience!
