Item has not been dispatched, No contact from seller, will not answer phone or email. - Do not buy

Do not buy from this website!
Ordered on their website and paid via paypal 1 month ago, have not received item, tracking number which shows when i log into my account has no scanning information meaning it has never left their warehouse..... that's even if they have a warehouse! Wish I had of googled the business before i purchased as there are countless bad reviews for this company. I have tried telephoning, email and contacting them through facebook - all with no reply.
I have since lodged a dispute with paypal.
