I was disappointed with the toys. I purchased three flat dog toys in the belief that they were just that ie not squeaky or crinkly. I have a Maltese Shitzu who is terrified of squeaky toys and therefore will have nothing to do with these.

Our new puppy loves her pat pat toys and carries them around everywhere. They seem to be holding up well against sharp little puppy teeth.

I love the look & texture of these toys but I’m hoping for longevity (within an hour the flying fox ears & feet were chewed off). I do love the crinkly noise it makes - a bit like plastic our pup tries to steal from the recycling stash. He’s working on the sheep’s ears currently, I’m hoping that’s as far as he gets. The turtle would be my favourite - squeaker in belly & crinkly flippers.

The first order I placed for dog toys was perfect. The parcel arrived on time and the toys were very good quality. My dog loves them. I placed a second order and it will definately be my last. I ordered 3 more toys and every single one of them is defective and will need to be altered before they are safe to give to any pet. There was a small hard sharp piece of plastic sticking out of the first one that will cut a puppys gums if they chew it. The second toy has unfinished loops of stitching on 2 legs that a puppy will get its teeth caught in and the third toy has plastic pieces hanging out of it that will be a choking hazard if I give it to a puppy. Very dissapointed with the last batch of toys and I will not buy from them again.
In regard to your response to my feedback, I am not going to edit my review as suggested. Your response is unacceptable because despite admitting to dropping the ball big time not 1 single person from the company has reached out to me to mke ammends. I emailed the company and have had no response. Not only are the toys of poor quality but the customer service is equally as appalling. I stand by my review.

I received my order very quickly and the dogs love the toys. One of the toys, the stitching wasn't very good.

Lovely toy. . Even though my dog is already 7 years old, these toys are fascinating for her and she always has them nearby. She can play with them for hours.
