I’m so glad I found this amazing online pet store! We bought the most brilliant bed for our whippet - incredibly high quality for the price. Customer service excellent and the item was carefully packaged in a vacuum pack bag. Really impressed with this company and fully recommend.

Green Tweed Cacoon Dog Cave
The product is great and I mean great, its exactly what I ordered and the roof of the dog cave stays up and is pretty stable.
The only criticism I have is when I ordered it I got no confirmation email or estimated date of delivery only a text to say they were processing the order, I tried to contact the company but with no reply.
Sure enough though it arrived in about 5-7 days and once told a day it would be delivered it was and even on the morning of the day I was given a two hour slot which was helpful and a call off the driver about 15 minutes before he was dropping it off.
All in all I'm very happy just a little uninformed in the middle of the experience but would still highly recommend using this company as the product is second to non 👍
Slight side note, I read a review from Hogan Smith a few posts before my post and most people don't have chunky radiators we have thin or reasonably thin efficient ones, maybe it would be a good dea (or in English idea) you measure it and made sure the product your buying fits instead of just expecting it to, just an idea spelt correctly hogan smith lol 👍

Bed Fine, Frame Unsuitable for Use.
Unfortunately we cannot use the radiator bed as the radiators we have are quite chunky. For future information it may be an dea to be able to adjust the size to fit any radiator.

As I am sure you can appreciate, radiators come in all shapes and sizes so I would of recommended checking the measurements before ordering. You also would of had the opportunity to return your item if it was unsuitable.
